Exp or Stable? There used to be a fix back in 2014, where one opt'd into exp via steam updated then opt'd back into stable updated and were able to play just fine. Not sure its the same issue?

Bandage+sticks works fine, rags+sticks I found I either need to be pressing w or z whilst conducting the craft for it to commence.

Correct, your public hive character remains as is when you return to the public hive (untouched), a new character for this specific private hive will be created upon log in for you, which you can use back and forth between the EU/US servers for looting.

Does DayZ need aeiral transport?

I would enjoy to see one from each family, rotary wing and fixed wing. I'd like to combine the efforts of both Boney and Bio in a sense where the rotary wing would be nothing more high end then a Kazan Ansat (weaponless transport) and the fixed similar to a Cessna. With those in mind, I would also enjoy complete mechanical instability due to lack of use, this would increase danger when bording a Kazan as you would need to maintain constant repairs to keep her from falling out of the sky. The Cessna would be the same but for obvious reasons one could glide in from engine issues and scavenge for further repairs. -

I've done a few trades in the past, not for my benefit more so to give gear to other players. With that state of mind I have not gone through great lengths of precaution preparation. I do however enjoy to pick very aberrant trade locations. For instance, I'll say to a user I'll give you 1-m4,2-mags and a Smersh vest they will ask what I wish for in return, I'll reply a waterbottle is fine. They climax and ask where to meet and I reply top of electro firestation... This will usually set in a user's mind "its a trap" but I convince them to go and they leave with good gear and mild confusion.
