    There is a limit on what you can actually do the most effective way would be to have active admins that can supervise the server via antihacks so right when it starts to kick off then can ban the player. Most have multi GUID's so then you will need to ban the IP, once the IP is banned most have proxy so you will need to ban the range. Long story short as Amber Feelacio said have back ups and conduct roll backs for your actual players via staff.

    With the unique ID he can trace back your characters items, as for a bank system thats asking for errors unless each bank is seperated by each character then he would need to grab the ID of the bank item for instance vault ID and check its storage which even then if deleted or stolen is a pain to look through. Banwise there is nothing you are able to do as it is a private server like my canadian friend stated. Best off finding a place where you may be treated better when asking simple questions.     Anytime, I also suggest if you are going to pick them up to play dayz you use dayz commander http://www.dayzcommander.com/ for updating and running the different dayz variants.
