I think its more based off the prion diseases concept i.e. transmissible spongiform encephalopathies prime example would be Kuru. At least thats what I gathered since those types of diseases are being implemented. -

Adjust your filter options for 0 ping limit and hit the tab that says internet and refresh. Servers should start to show up for you.

I think he is referring to the servers where Admins are supplementing no passlock with insta kicking everyplayer who joins and constantly restarting the servers to loot. You can filter auto kick in servers and see a few of them. -

I have a pretty good story about walking into electro at night, when some bloaks come out from behind the dumpsters and walls. I swear I could here them snapping their fingers in tune and starting to break out into a muscial singing "Is he friendly" back and forth as if I was in westside story. I took off my clothes and ran them around the map naked for about 2 hours. -

Understood, like some others have stated they could be cycling restarts while the server is low pop and just hanging out at NW for loot but no admin tools like the mod. -

That would be a touch of irony to add on the next build. -
I like the idea, give it the Metro LL feel where you have to keep the gas mask on and filters changed in highly toxic areas. It would be great, I think we will have to wait and see which way the story line goes for the SA in the meantime.
