You need to create new vehicle spawns. It is no longer possible to produce multiple vehicles from a single spawn point. Currently once a vehicle is spawned that spawn location will produce no more vehicles, until that type of vehicle is destroyed. The min and max vehicle spawns works a little differently now. For example if I have 10 different spawn points of "CAR A" but in the vehicles table the max limit is 5, then no more than 5 "CAR A" will be spawned in 5 different spawn points. If the limit is 5 but I only have 2 spawn points then only 2 "CAR A" will be spawned.

As Pwnoz0r stated. Connect through navicat using the credentials to your database. For bliss it is in the "survivor" table. the columns should be pretty self explanatory.

I could be wrong but i think the last number 1.0 is saying it is completely destroyed. If that's true it may not be spawning it because of it. I know it is true on my private hive. It is defiantly Skalisty Island in the coordinates.

Hmmm I will have to try this on my server. The only problem is it seems to be spawning 200m above the ground , but its worth a shot at saving the heli. Freaky, to answer your question. On my server it seems the helicopter does not spawn and blow up until the first person logs into the server after restart.
