Currently my hive server is running Anti Hax and so far had no issues. It could be likely that your server is experiancing lagspikes tricking the system to ban you for hake.exe.

Website hosters rip players off too much. Either purchase your own dedicated server/vps or submit to conformists.

At the end of the day, server admins/owners can ban you regardless of the creators word. They can ban you for whatever they want and will not think twice about it because of a statement or set guidelines a third-party announces. Ulitimantly, whoever pays for the service the user uses sets the rules. If you get banned because of a "buthurt" admin, he is just demonstrating his right as a leader of his community that the likes of you are not wanted. By disregarding the guidelines it would be ethically wrong of administrators. Still doesn't mean they will follow them.

Agreed, people in-game who ask for items are just as bad as the scripters. Assosiation on my server is punishable. Its all fun and games for some but in reality is ruining the experience for everyone else.

As a server administrator, there are times when teams of scripters join to create havoc. In the end its up the server owners to decide if a ban should be submitted. Recheck the rules, its actually 5 mins of lock-time and no longer. The only time that this should be used is for checking damage, and or defending against script attacks.

To my knowledge its against server policy for server owners / admins to spawn vehicles with the use of a script in hive controlled servers. In saying this I am not knowledgeable with private hive servers.

I claim to have the same amount of hackers as every other server; one less.

If this was duping then it sure was fast and sure was pretty clean because by the looks of it he must have planted several in one spot then proceeded to move and plant more in seconds of each other.
