pvp is part of the game. remove this/or over punnish and you will be removing a lot of peoples fun. if this game did not have the pvp side to it i would be bored already...

well i have been playing for about 1 month. at first i was killed by all players i come across, so i decided i would kill them first, I was new to the game then and since learned a lot more about the game and surviving and not just pvping. The problem i have is that i always spawn as a bandit. I have been trying to be a medic for the last 3 dayz and help others. since the new patch i cannot see my humanity as this does not work anymore . i think for the game to be more realistic this should reset on each death as that life is gone. this would also add to the fact. (hey can i trust really trust this new guy i have just met)

If he pays for the server he should be able to do what the hell he likes except hacking.. dont like it then find another server. lets face it what is the real point of owning your own server. you might as well just join a public one and im not saying i agree with all the stuff that some admins do. but if its there server then its up too them and i go elsewhere

ok so i thought somthing does not feel right with my fps. so i set about testing them on the benchmark.. arma2 benchmark 1 1x (single) hd 7770 2048 MB graphics card. 1920 x 1200 = average fps 31 2x (crossfire) hd 7770 2048 MB graphics card. 1920 x 1200 = average fps 37 all settings on very high. atoc.. trees only ppaa.. disables postprocess.. disabled ............................. with profile set to arma2 demo. average fps 39... so it seems my crossfire card isnt really working with arma2/dayz.. has anyone come across this before id sure like some help. i was thinking power supply.. but after testing via 3dmark11 im not so sure... 3dmark11 1x (single) hd 7770 2048 MB graphics card. 1280 x 720 =p3651 2x (crossfire) hd 7770 2048 MB graphics card 1280 x 720 =p6634 Driver version 9.1.0.0 Catalyst Version 12.9 ............................................. my system is. i7-2600K Processor 8192 MB Mushkin ram 2x ssd OCZ-AGILITY3 Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4 motherboard 64-bit Windows 7 620w power supply 26" monitor hence 1920 x 1200. i know i should be able to run this with no problems. dayz is like 50-60 fps in woods. but drops to as low as 19 at times.... sorry for the long post..

1.what res and settings are you running at.. 2.check your power option in control panel. 3. check bios power saving etc. 4. are all drivers up to date. 5. virus scan /background prog check. 6.defrag let me know how u get on with this. and i will see what else i can come up with. im guessing you have tried the config tweaks.. GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; (config file in documents folder) .... are you using win7 32bit 64bit?

around 12:30 i was in chern town on a tower. i had looted a as50 from a body on another server. and later joined server de 2923. i did not get the change to fire as a sniper killed me first.. it come up you are dead.. so i went to make a drink. when i come back it said admin ban im really shocked by this as i cannot see the reaon why. i have only been playing this game like 3 weeks. i have not been abusive or anything to anyone. im 35 and have kids of my own. never hacked and im very anii cheat.. i can join other servers.. can dayz support look into this for me plz.. did the admin ban me by accident ?

it was an as50 not sure what the tws bit u say is though.. you are correct also there are many other servers to play on. But for a new player like myself this is not good to be getting banned from servers for unknown reasons. god help the other new players is there a as50 and a as50 tws. as i know i had an as50. what is the tws bit.. (sorry im new to this game like i said).. just been googling the guns.. it was not the tws one... it was standard as50.

the first thing would be a fishing rod. sushi anyone? :) and 2nd would be some random airdrops from a very load plane what players would go towards. friend or foe moments ehh.
