    You only pointed out bugs and glitches, not hot they were actually a bad thing. I was playing when there were only 10,000 bandits ingame, this was before bandit skins were taken away and they worked fine. It meant that I could get my PVP fix whilst others could do their surviving thing

    I've been playing on a private hive with a password, it's great. Had some awesome fire fights with people and no one disconnects, had 1 encounter with a cheater (someone obviously gave the pw out) but the server admin reset my friend who died and all we lost was a ural. It's the only way to play at the moment

    The SVD and M24 are almost irrelevant in this game, it's quite sad really. Personally, I think we need a reason to choose the M24 and SVD over the .50cals. I've found at least 20 .50 cal rifles on chopper sites but have only ever found 2-3 M24s and only 1 ever SVD. There's been 2-3 situations when I've had my SVD out and have had to fire on people with extremely limited visibility or just unable to see their heads (proning away from me) and I've hit them only for them to get up and run away and log out. These rifles need a serious buff or at least a reason to use, they're pretty much pointless.

    I also got shot for no reason, I dealt with it, I didn't deal with it like a bitch though. I dealt with it like a human being, a person with morals. Playing DayZ is all about finding the weapons you want. Scripting them in defeats the whole purpose of the game, you may as well play COD of BF if you want super leet gear from the start

    I don't bother with Cherno or Elektro, ever. I go straight north, it's just not worth the 5 minute load time after being killed by some dickhead sniper

    I've been a bandit since I started playing, around 1.4 and will continue to play that way. I'm at the stage where I PVP is the part of this gam that really gets my heart pumping, zombies are just annoying now.

    Did the same thing the other day. Got killed and was making my way back to my body, 2 survivors started shooting at me so I yelled at them and abused them over direct comms, told them to fuck off etc. They replied "We just want your pain killers!11!1!!!" obviously trying to be cool and rob people on the coast, yeah, cool huh, robbing unarmed people... Anyway, I managed to run around one of them and go into his pack and steal an AK Kobra and kill one of the guys with it hahahaha

    MP5 is a piece of shit, the only thing good about it is how quiet it is. my friend got shot in the back with one earlier and it did a whopping 2000 damage and he didn't even bleed. M4CCO SD is 1 shot to the head or 2 shots to the body of zombies. It's a no brainer, tbh

    4 days have passed and I've found 3.50cals. 1 off a guy I killed and 2 from a chopper crash. This was also on a fresh private hive passworded server with none of the loot spawns changed. Yeah, where's your "Oh they'd be fine if they weren't duped" excuse now? I've been looking for an M24 and SVD for ages but do you think I can find one? Nope. 50.cald are faaar to common, even when found legitimately. I always find them on chopper crashes

    I found 2 AS50s at a helicopter crash yesterday actually, had an M107 before that as well. I do agree that they take a lot less skill to use, especially when I seem to have a lot more trouble finding SVD camos and DMRs. Personally though, I think the SVD, M24 and DMR need a buff. They should at least knock someone over in one shot. I don't know how many times I've hit someone with my SVD just for them to get up and run away
