Pretty good day in your server today _b Had a little exciting rub in with 2 guys in a green car, took them out and got some much needed supplies :P I must ask though, what is with the pings? I am in Christchurch, New Zealand and get a ping of 200. A friend also get an extremely high ping, is it based in WA?

Played for a good 20-30 minutes on this server today, there were a few clan boys on hovering over Cherno. You guys are damn lucky all I had was a PDW because I could've nailed that helicopter a few times, you also sent someone looking for me and he almost stepped on me, I don't know how he didn't see me because he shon his flashlight on me from literally 1m away! Anyway, expect me to be back :)

"Deer stands don't spawn good loot anymore" Lolwut? Tell that to the countless DMRs I've found in them, not to mention the Coyote backpack and M4A3 I found I'm a row... They're great for gearing up without having to do a suicide run through Cherno or Elektro. One time I spawned in Kamenka and the first thing I found was a GPS and then an AK, I was set.

Chernarus, private hives. No crazy duped weapons, a lot more cover, decent spread of military loot, you have a reason to travel long distances, more adventure than spawning right next to a military loot spawn

So to seek revenge, you become just as bad as the hackers? Anyone found with one of these would be banned straight away if it were up to me

Using knowingly hacked in weapons is just as bad as hacking them in yourself. Do the moral thing and ditch them. Oh and if someone kills you with that stuff, they'll assume you're a hacker, which you should be labelled as just for using them

3500 damage vs 8000 damage...

Took 1 member of an enemy squad out at the NWAF the other day. I knew there were 2 of them and the zombies didn't despawn so I figured the other must've still been there. I changed position after my first shot and lay in the grass for a bit and all of a sudden I have the shock symbol come up and I hear my legs break. Someone axed me in the back! I swiftly turn around and AS50 them in the leg which kills them and I bandage up and leave the airfield as my friend is only 1km away and has a blood bag for me. I turn my debug on and I'm on 800 blood, close call! Fully geared with a Coyote,AS50, M4A3 and camo and I almost get killed by a hatchet haha

Go to my Dads house and you'll find around 30+ firearms ranging from .22 lever action rifles, 38super race guns to lee enfields,AR15s and FN FALs Go to my Mums house and you'll find a pair of slug guns he bought for fun in the backyard, it varies a lot.

I think you are confusing the M24 and M107

Found one after about 1 1/2 months of playing, I hated it and ditched it for an M4A3. My team has 2 at the moment, thank fully one of our guys actually enjoys using it so he always has one

Derp, of course not, it would be a sniper rifle and scope other wise... The difference between the M14 and DMR is the barrel, the DMR is a lot more accurate because of the barrel

The M14 isn't a fucking sniper rifle... It's an assault rifle with extended range. And yes, I am well aware the DMR and M14 are essentially the same gun but the M14 is not a sniper rifle

I am a bandit sniper, come at me. I've taken time to learn the art of sniping, practiced many hours in ArmA2, learnt how to rangefind on the fly. I will not camp Elektro or Cherno but if I see you anywhere north of those areas, I will engage you, preferably from a distance

What? Sniping is a skill and a 7.62 round would kill most people in 1 shot. Do you play on noob servers with names and crosshairs or something? Because they completely ruin the weapon balance. Ever tried to range find using the mildots? That's a skill, especially when you have to do it on a moving target. I'm not talking about noob sniping either, proper squad vs squad fire fights

Bump Still looking for more people! Currently there's around 3 organized teams operating but there's also a lot of lonewolves that are willing to team up, server peak hour has around 20 people but we'd love to bump that up to 30+

I remember when I first started playing DayZ, to get anything half decent you'd need to go to Stary or the NWAF. It was so intense and awesome travelling to these places, even more so if you came out alive and with a new weapon you'd earnt! This was damn near a suicide mission each time, there were always snipers around or other people there wanting to grab some sweet equipment or guns but these days they're graveyards. I really don't understand why I can find 2 AS50s on one helicopter crash site yet I've never found an SVD at the barracks and I practically live at the NWAF. I've looted the NWAF 3-4 times today, that is all of the hangars and both barracks and not seen a single person or picked up anything of worth yet the other day on another spawn I found a helicopter with a ghillie,2 AS50s It really does seem very backwards to me
