As of recently, I have found a truck in the middle area of some trees near Stary Sobar on a local Seattle Server. Though there is some questionable equipment on it. Mainly the appearance of a RGO Frag Grenade in the truck. There was 5, I have 3 or so in my backpack, assuming they were an alternative type of grenade as to the standard frag grenade available in the game. Does anyone know if it's officially in the game or is it a hacked in item? I checked the wiki, but the weapon doesn't appear in the list of weapons. Just wanted to double check because it was in the truck we took. We dropped it on the ground out of the truck. But that's about all we have done so far.

Admin is kicking people out whoever joins the server. The only two people on the server is the admin and his friend. They are hording things and looting the whole server. David and Sockmunkay. I'm just gonna post this here.

A group of three hunt for near by food when one of them notices zombies moving around more then usual. A lone man in the distance being chased by 30 zombies as the group takes chase from a distance. Armed with sniper rifles, winchesters and pistols, the team makes a grave decision. Super old video from an early Alpha patch. I forgot which one, but it's somewhere around there. Haven't had the chance to post it, figured now would be as good as ever.

There should be a way while in the server to modify your draw distance through the context menu while in the server. (Considering that the one through the options don't directly affect multiplayer unless there's an option in the game with the context menu. You'll find this in game modes like Domination where your able to change the draw distance, and the grass layers in favor of your performance) Aome options in the graphics are server determined for some mysterious reason. I don't know how much of a difference in performance it might add, but it's worth a shot.

Performance Drop; 1.5.8.2 Hotfix
mastariot replied to darkduke606's topic in DayZ Mod Troubleshooting
Just to let anyone know who's having low performance issue, it's most likely in part by the latest hotfix and along the lines of the server it's self. Considering that you have less CPU/GPU usage online then you normally would. Since there's more server side things at work. There's nothing we can really do, though I can say that for some servers that do a regular restart (Like there was a Chicago server that restarts every 6 hours or so) the performance goes back to all time highs. On other servers I do have better performance then others. High/Low pings don't seem to have that big of a difference in terms of how my game runs. And messing with graphical options don't do much in terms of performance, and if it did it was usually a minor 5-10 frame difference.
