If BF3 had a TP I would shit myself. That would become the greatest shooter in a long while. CoD Actually DOES have a TP option and I personally like playing CoD in tp better aswell. -

Would love to see some Acoustic Guitars added :D I think it would personally add in more immersion and make people not want to kill people.. I mean hell, who wants to kill a man playing a guitar around his campfire? -
Would love trains! It would be cool if you could put on boxcars but that would also suck because you would be so vulnerable, but the worst part is that the tracks only go so far... And you can only have the train in certain places. You can't hide a train like you can any other vehicle. It is possible to do, I just think it would be a waste of time as the map is (Yes I am being serious) too small for trains.

-Didn't read through it all... Anyhow, Sub Sonic Ammo will keep the life of the Silencer. Using Sonic Rounds will not only ruin the silencer rendering it useless quite fast. (you could get maybe 300 sonic rounds through it before it became useless) Why? Because a Silencers job is to stop the expansion of heat (If I remember correctly) and when using most sonic rounds he heat is too much and tends to ruin the design (internally) of the silencer (yes a silencer isn't a simple tube) which intern makes it useless. As said in the comments, "of course because it creates a sonic boom.. the silencer wont stop the sound waves that gather behind the super sonic bullet and create a shockwave" So YES SUB SONIC ROUNDS ARE A MUST. You can even hear it for yourself As for Detaching and re attaching different scopes. Any Modder (Or Modeler) would know that its no simply just putting on a new scope. You have to rework where the scope will sit, where the head will be, how high/low the dot or "reticule" will be and so many other variables for EACH AND EVERY MODEL which would intern turn your M4 CCO into having maybe 20+ if NOT MORE different models. Why? Because Silencer and CCO would be on gun, and Silencer would be another and then CCO would be another. With simple math we could figure out that There would be ~60 models just for one gun if you could have the option of 15 scopes and a Suppressor and a Laser Sight. Add in a Flashlight and you are now up to 120 models... Its not as simple as many of you think it is. ONTOP of that, I'm pretty sure the engine doesn't support it. The only way I could see it supporting it is if you have the "Optics" and such be a "spawner" to give you a new weapon... If that makes sense.

Thats what sucks though. I've been playing ArmA for the little over 3 years it has been out. I (and maybe others) can NOT use FP to shoot. Unless I am laying on the ground or in a fixed position (Or sniping) I can not use FP to shoot. It sucks... Its Laggy, its buggy and It just is not enjoyable. I can see how some get the "advantage" but there are some disadvantages too. Sometimes (Might just be me) I think I'm behind cover but I'm not and I get shot because It looked like I was in cover through TP. However, I think if we eliminated the "zoom out" button on TP it would be a happy medium for everyone (as I don't think I have EVER zoomed out while in TP) But getting rid of TP for shooting is ridiculous, I would never EVER buy SA unless it had TP and being able to shoot from TP. Just my 2 pennies. Also, on a side note, Its not that I don't take the time to learn how to use FP, its more that I've been using TP for so long (Over 3 years now) that it feels awk. and unnatural to shoot from FP or ever run around in FP. -
I think Bandits should be penalized for killing Freshspawns or people with no weapons. I can not STAND bandits who think they are all high and mighty when they camp spawn points or Electro/Chern to kill fresh spawn players. BUT I think the problem is with the Community and not the game. If we could get more bandits to move north, rather than camp spawns (or put spawns all over the map) It would decrease PVP Camping and make it into a better survival game, not only by making it harder to find friends but spreading people out farther making you feel exposed where ever you are. I think this problem will be self correcting with the SA version of DayZ with the new map(s). The only map you really see spawn camping at is Chernarus. If you can get out of the spawn without dying from some spawn camping pussy, then the only places you tend to run into people is NW airfield and Stary Sobor. Other than that, you tend to hit people only on occasion in random towns which (IMO) makes the game so much more intense. Yes it is. Trying being a Hero/Medic. You will rage more times than being a bandit. Being a Bandit takes minimal skill compared to being a Medic who tries to trust everyone... Only a bandit would say being a bandit is hard. Try getting 5k Humanity (legitimately) then tell me being a Bandit is hard. As for Bandit skins... yeah just shoot them on site. I don't spare any bandits as its apparent they spared no one.

I was iffy... But I like it. With the cooldown it would be very nice to look at tactics of where you tend to die more what to avoid and so on and so forth in a simple "map" view. I would really love to have this for when I don't feel like playing and rather watching "videos" of DayZ. I think would be a lot more helpful for each individual person to learn our own habits that we don't see in game. -

Already had one. It was quite soothing. Thanks for your offer anyhow. The game is perfect how it is. With every bug it has in the game. The ONLY thing they need to do is fix the bit of lag (with characters) and zombie lag, Make zombies one shot to the head ONLY (no body shots). Make a better map and make it so you can build your own "colonies." The Third Person is fine how it is, FP is too bugged and will ALWAYS be too bugged in ArmA games. Hell ArmA 3 looks to have SOMEWHAT fixed it, but its still buggier than what I would like. I would hate for you to play R6V2, you can go up onto the side of walls and look into other rooms without ever exposing yourself. I'm sure you would just LOVE to bitch about how that game is "unfair" and "how using it is cheap" and what ever the else you are bitching about. If FP was fixed I would have no problem playing in FP, but its not, nor can it be. And because of that, I will ALWAYS play in third person. And for those of you who say "It breaks the realism." It really doesn't. I can pretend I'm in FP while playing in third. If you can't, you need to get your imagination fixed. That and the main thing that makes DayZ more immersive than any other game is the adrenaline. I doubt ANY of you start nit picking when you are in a huge firefight. Fuck I doubt any of you have ever been prone behind a small wall thinking "wow this is so game breaking." You don't You focus on the threat and neutralize it. It seems to me like there are plenty of FP players and that there should be enough people to fill 2-3 servers, blame the community for not playing FP servers, not the game. P.S. Nice Quad post nub. -

If I tell someone to do something and they don't listen, I have my snipers shoot him on spot (or I will depending on how sever the situation is) If I see someone looking at me for a "long time" with there gun aimed at me, I kill them. If they are being shady I have my Snipers kill him. If they fail to respond to simple instructions they are dead. Other than that, I love to give people guns, ammo, supplies. I mean I am a Hero for a reason and only use my gun when its needed. -

Don't remove third person. I CAN NOT stand ArmA in FP unless I am shooting in a prone or crouched position. I think third person is fine. Sure people can "Cheat" with it, but you are free to use it aswell. And hell, I've been playing this game (ArmA II) since it first released 3 years ago and I can't remember a single mission I used only FP or that I "cheated" with third person. Stop bitching and play the game. Its fine how it is. -

Make it so only Headshots kill and make them a bit faster (Jog type speed) and I think it would be perfect. -
I think it would be cool to have handcuffs implemented into a game. Have it be 5 minutes until they "ware off." I think this would be a better way then resorting to shooting to keep people undercontrol. You have to be behind the person to beable to put them on and take up a gadget spot.

Some people would others would not. Eitherway I think its a better way for people (like myself) who prefer not to kill people, be able to control the "enemy"

I would have said Zip Ties as I think it would be more realistic aswell but I doubt many people would have got why I said Zip Ties. But Yeah toolbox or axe to get them off. Or a hunting knife

So if you are handcuffed you can't do any major actions (Like drive, unhandcuff people, shoot guns (obviously), etc.) and anyone can undue handcuffs but they can't be handcuffed. That would be pretty cool.

1) Multiple Characters! Sometimes I get on with my group of friends and we are all up north. They all Log off so I log off as well even though I don't want to stop playing (I log off so I can stay with them when I'm logged back in it doesn't take hours of us looking for each other) So multiple characters (3 max? 2 Max?) Would be a great Idea that way I have one character that I can "F*ck around on" and another character for group surviving! 2) I know this one won't be all that popular but Currency and a Shop. There would be an NPC in every major hot spot city that you can sell your unwanted items too. You can in turn get a Currency (bottle caps or some other type) that takes up 2 slots but is stackable up to 150 (This number is undetermined) The Currency would be used to buy weapons, ammo and food and other things that can sometimes be hard to find. This would obviously not be "easy" in any way. Now some of you might think "Well I can go to an empty server and boost my way up." But that is not the case. A good way to prevent such a thing would be to make it so the loot of the NPC (By loot I mean what he has) is greater (better weapons and ammo) with the more people in the server. This way, loot MAY be better when more people are on but there is NO safe zone and it makes talking and trading with said NPC very interesting and VERY dangerous. 3) Single Player and an Armory. Sometimes I just want to get on ArmA and go head to head with NPC's and Zombies. Maybe implement an Single player Sandbox that DOES NOT cross over to Multiplayer characters. Options for Singleplayer would be NPC hardness, NPC Fame (60% of NPC's are friendly, 40% evil. But you can change the percentage to what ever you want. However the more Friendly NPC's you kill the more the Evil % goes up. Heal an NPC and the Friendly % goes up. You can however NEVER get more Friendly NPC's than what was set. So lets take 40% are friendly. I kill some friendlies. Now the percent is down to 30%. I heal some it goes back up to 40%. Then I heal some more. It can never go up past 40%.) NPC shops (How good of loot there is and the Percentage of getting each item (Quick and Custom options) Now onto the Armory. Haven't you ever wanted to just sit back and try out the different guns of DayZ to find out WHICH gun is the gun you are good with? I have. In ArmA 2 there was and is an Armory in the main menu, where you can try out different guns. I think this should be implemented into the standalone to where there are zombies and NPC's that you can shoot at to see the effectiveness. 4) Guns! More more more more guns! Just put every gun in the game in to DayZ. It will make guns more challenging as you can only take so many types of Ammo. And then guns like the VSS would be great because it would be so hard to find VSS ammo that it would almost be a one time gun. You find it you use it, you dump it! Please just put every gun in ArmA2 into this game as well as possibly some of the guns from the 1944 mod aswell? Just a couple ideas.

I totally see what you are getting at on the Character. Personally I wouldn't use my second character for helping out noobies. I would use my main. But sometimes I want to just take a character and run into electro and take out as many people as I can with a pistol and just die. You know? As for the trade and barter. There would be NO safe zones. I specifically said this in the OP, because that would ruin the game. yes I would trade bullets and beans and even guns. Money/Currency just an easier way to keep track of that (money) as that is what money is after all. Its just a place holder for something else. Things like scrap metal and stuff wouldn't be worth anything. A way the shop could work would be something like this. AK mag. Trade value. 1Akmag = 1STANAG or 4 cans of food... Etc. Currency Value 1AKmag to buy = 50 Currency. 1AK mag to sell = 20. ^ With such a system, Selling the Items off to make room makes it so you DON'T get as much bang for your buck, but if you truly don't need it, after a while you can have something worth getting.

Again another character to screw around with. I mean no one is FORCING you to play two characters and if you want to play one that is YOUR choice. but SOME of us want more characters. I would care about currency. Obviously the first start to civilization is having some form of trade. Again you don't have to use this part of the system if you don't want to. Its not forcing anything down your throat No... Just stop. Now you are just being stupid. This ISN'T COD, Multiplayer IS NOT the only thing that matters. Its not like scripting a little Single Player version is going to make the MP any different. As to everyone else, real world money would not be used in shop. Everything would have to be earned in game. As for the shop, why don't you like it Box. I know you said its too f2p, but you didn't really go into detail. I really love constructive criticism :3
