umm...just to try and be the voice of reason here, in the REAL world, outside of the the hardcore arma 2 bunker basement, sometimes when we have to log off, we don't have time to run into the middle of a forest to do it. that's just stupid. the uber hardcore arma commando's are going to ruin this game with their crying. "it's just not hardcore enough!" whatever.

yes i understand you have been disarmed like lambs for the slaughter. but the person i was directing that to specifically asked if we owned guns and if the people we knew owned guns. so i was answering him. did he say, "do the citizens of chernarus own guns? know he did not. hope that helps!

i definitely think the idea of starting without the ability to defend ourselves is the single worst decision in the history of video games. i have played this mod non stop for a month at least. but i'm not playing it anymore. i agree with the op that it has ruined the game. i have been shot by who knows how many death matchers and could do nothing but stand there. and to the genius who said, "do you own a gun? does everybody you know own a gun?" i don't know where you live but here in indiana the answer is most definitely YES. this is america, we ALL own guns. even the criminals are cocked and locked. beer and shooting iron, the two finest things on the planet. speaking of which, hey rocket, could you add liquor stores to the game?

hey, all of a sudden my norton is deleting the mod updater. does anybody else have this problem? or know whats going on with it?
