  1. well, rolling my install and server back to 1.7.6 worked for me... odd that 1.7.6.1 worked for about 2 weeks before deciding to fail...

Hello all, I have two keys/players, and yesterday when i was playing on my server and all was fine, the doorbell rang so i quit the game answered the door and and came back and tried to load into the game, it all seems to go OK until the screen where it normally loads the map (the last screen you click connect/enter on) it just wouldn't load the map, i tried entering the game anyway and all i got was a black screen and eventually it told me "something went wrong!, try again", i did several times, and again hours later and still no luck.   4. Thank you both for your replies, I couldn't find any instances of "error in expression" in the RPT but for some reason changing the beta patch did work, I then tried updating to the latest again and it still works, weird... Thanks again.

Hi fellas, I host my own server and since the latest dayz patch whenever I restart the server the time reverts back to 12:30, I should point out that the time used to be bound to the servers windows time, this is no longer the case, I have tried checking the HiveExt.ini and the relevant settings are as below: [Time] ;Possible values: Local, Custom, Static ;You cannot use Static on OFFICIAL Hive, it will just revert to Local Type = Local ;If using Custom type, offset from UTC in hours (can be negative as well) ;Offset = 0 ;If using Static type (Hour value always the same on every server start), the value (0-24) to set the Hour to ;Hour = 8 that all looks correct to me, but even if I change it to Custom set an offset (and uncomment it) it makes no difference, I just can't find a way to modify the time any more, I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't keep rolling back to 12:30 after every restart... Any suggestions? Cheers.

  8. Hi all, hopefully someone might be able to shed some light on the strange behaviour my server is exhibiting.
