    This is an experiment. I haven't had a chance yet to see how this will affect how I play with friends, but my intention is to try and play the polar opposite of a bandit. If you see The Supply Fairy gathering supplies, you have a lot of choices. You can shoot him. He's probably got something you can use, even if he's fresh from the coast. You can rob him if you're feeling generous and don't want the blood on your hands. Or you could ask him what he's got. If you're in need and he has something big or small that would help, it's yours. He will ask politely that you not take something he needs to survive and keep going around helping people, but you don't have to listen. If you're feeling really generous, you can offer him supplies you have in excess or don't need in order to spread around. Heck, on a good day he might even tag along with you for a while and provide support. No matter what, when you encounter him he'll proceed to do the safety dance, respond "Friendly", and remain still in a salute as he introduces himself asks how he can help. TL : DR THERE IS A FRIENDLY SURVIVOR WHO LOOKS FOR SUPPLIES TO GIVE TO OTHER SURVIVORS. KILL HIM, ROB HIM, OR ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED. NO MATTER WHAT, YOU'LL GET WHAT YOU WANT.
