So, after getting every single item in the game. I decided to try the survival that dayZ has to offer, instead of going to the barracks I went north. Only looking for crashed helis to get some gear to trade with here on the forum. After 8 days of being careful IT happened. I felt as if I started loosing hope in this amazing mod. I was northeast of Stary Sobor, killed the zombies at a chopper crash site. Went in to look for loot, found DMR, camo clothing and a pair of NVG's. A good find. After checking all the spawns around the chopper I went inside to look underneath it. I crawled, went into first person and started poking my head into the chopper. I accidentally pressed x (crouch), I got instantly broken legs and went unconscious. I thought "Damn, now I have to eat the rest of my cooked meat" However, getting out of unconscious makes one move violently without being able to stop it. When I woke up I got insta-killed. 10 good days under my belt and every item in the game, how much more can one take before one says "Enough!" I'm not bitching, I've been playing the game for too long perhaps. I cannot wait for the standalone. :)

Then again, what is really "A bandit" ? People who try to hold you up, making you drop your weapon and gear? Or is it people who sit in Elektro or anywhere else with a sniper, just waiting for people to shoot.

The humanity system is absolutely busted, there is no longer a debug monitor and therefor you can't see your humanity. Which means it's impossible to know if you'll loose it by killing either survivors or bandits. A few weeks ago, after just getting the skin. I was trapped in one of the hangars on NW airfield with another player, for some unknown reason the guy didnät speak English, couldn't type it either. After giving him morphine and a blood transfusion I asked him to please exit the hangar so I didn't get shot in the back. After constantly yelling at him "WALK OUTSIDE" (I didn't have much trust for him figuring he shot me 2 times when I first entered the hangar) I instead started talking Swedish, trying to communicate with him (He was German and wrote to me in German) After that failed I started saying "Walk outside or I will shoot you". After trying to talk to him fora good 10 minutes I just shot him with my DMR. I ran and looted the barracks, headed to Stary, looted the tents and then called it a night. I didn't loose my Hero skin because (like Klesh) I've had my hero skin during the 1.7.2.6 patch, meaning I had about 10-20 thousand humanity.

I think you are a guardian of what is DayZ, you swore an oath to it. You protect it with your words of virtue, you will not fall until you have else to protect. You are a guardian of the wasteland.

I should add I'm more mad that I died than loosing my gear.

Trading away my mk 0 Light Machine Gun. I want at least 10 mags for it would be fine with 6-8 is a antibiotic is added. No need for the actual weapon. (the LMG comes with 170 rounds) I also have a DMR with 4 mags avalible

Title says it all, "Giving" away Ghillie suit, NVG's and 2 camo clothing. All I want from you is your civilian clothing. I'm doing this because I've got a Hero skin underneath and dropped my civilian clothing a long time ago. Please be from EU and be somewhat close to Polana. Add me on Skype "Filas02"

This are all good and well ideas, but I think we need to be radical, think out of the box, fuck the box, make sweet sensual love with the box, have the boxes babies, take those babies to school, say goodbye to the box-babies when they move out, getting letters from your box son saying hes going well, attending your box-sons and his wife's first house, where they also establish their own box-child, when you are old and on your deathbed your box-child will be there holding your hand, you dying but your box-son keeping the legacy of "box fuckers". Dubug monitor is so very useful, how will you know your humanity if you are wearing a ghillie or camo clothing? How will you see if you've killed a bandit or a survivor? These kinds of stats needs to be able to see somewhere. Bring back debug!

Nice to see friendlies in this game isn't it? I think the power of the Hero clothing is improving and that we might see some real respect put towards the players whom have gone into the trouble to help people. Gratz on the Ghillie and NVG's :)

So, just got my camp to order and now trading away a few goodies. 1 x L85 (comes with magazines) 2 x AS50 (comes with magazines) I also have 3 tents which are also up for trade I want weapons such as SVD camo,M4A1 Holo M203 Camo,M4A1 SD and M9 SD's (Plenty of ammo for the M9,SVD and M4A1 SD) It would be best if this happened on a EU server and with constant communication over Skype, but exceptions can be made. First of all. Depends on where you spawn ! What would be ideal is to spawn in Elektro or Cherno where you can easily get a decent backpack, morphine, food/water and possibly a weapon.If you don't know the map, follow the road. If you've been playing for a while stick with a compass or a map and walk through the woods and follow "landmarks". You wanna get to stary to resupply with weapons and food/water. gg

In need of the civilian clothing, just got (hopefully) hero skin and no longer have any need for camo clothing. So I'll be giving you a camo clothing just so you can get your civilian off and I'll add another camo clothing as well as a pair of NVG's. I'm located in Kabanino and want a quick trade :)
