That has never happened to me in the last 2 weeks of play, I'm constantly trying to talk to other players. It's always a death for me. But what's the fun in surviving if you're not having fun? Unless the survival is the fun.

I am mostly talking about the main hive now, since it's there the problem is most critical. So, have you seen any hacker/scripters lately? What have they done? Are they becoming less frequent in their actions? I have been away from the game for some time so for the last 2 months my idea of these scripters/hackers is blurry. Don't eat an apple using a slingshot.

I've been playing on UK130, on the main hive. It almost looks like a private hive though. Costum map and fancy antihack. I've not seen a "hacker" in the 2 weeks of play on the server. I hope they're gone : D

Honestly, this is the part of the game that I don't like. The ability to trust people is not there. I'm not sure how it was when the game first came out, but I've heard it's better then it is now.

Bandits are a part of the game, the sad part is that almost EVERY SINGLE PLAYER are "bandits". This game is too free for it's own good, why play it more like a "RPG" when you can !SHOOT EVERYONE! Some of my brain juice right there. You may not like it, but don't fucking eat it!

After about 30 days worth of playing stealthy, getting the best weapons and equipment. I had also earned a very fancy looking hero skin in my past life. I got teleported to the beach yet, I did still have all of my gear, my entire arsenal. I saw that I was just south of Elektro, I decided to take a quick look into the city to see is there was anyone I could help. I went by the Hospital to restock on Morphine and blood packs, then I heard shots being fired from Sniper hill. I ran into the orange house behind the hopital, scouting out the hill, couldn't see anything. I did however, see a survivor passed out in the High Value residential house. I began sprinting towards him, praying to god that the sniper wasn't watching. When I had entered the building, the survivor had awoken. I told him "I'm here to give you morphine and blood packs, I'm not here to hurt you" He raised his Makarov, and began firing. I was now screaming "Friendly! Friendly!" I quickly gabbed my carbine, quickly firing several rounds into him. He continued to lay fire upon me. When I then died (20 rounds later) He fell to the floor as well. Why keep interactions in the game when it's not working properly :( This is beginning to question if it's worth it to even go near other players, if you have to find decent people here on the forum. I have not had any major luck with finding decent players in the world of Dayz, I know I've met several decent people but there are too many people who shoots on sight and isn't even communicating in any way. I'll meet you at Lake Prud.

You are on the wrong forum if you think we'd be okay with a 12 year old bandit, running around killing people for no reason. Go back to Call of Duty...

But, how can the developers make life more valuable? How can they give us a reason to fear death, and the harshness of killing? (This is all in-game of course)

Check the list, if they are green next to them. Instant trust, if not. Keep your rifle close.
