huge fps lagg after playing the game fine

hi there, i got dayz latley and have been playing fine for a few days now (litteraly) but a couple of times i have had to reinstall the arma 2 game after i log in and it laggs to death until i reinstall it... now i know there must be some sort of file error otherwise it wouldent fix whn i reinstalled it and my internet is good. so which file is it exactly? so i dont have to keep doing a 15 gb download every few days. please help! -

thanks i will try this as soon as i can. but i will havee to get arma 2 on disk becuase i will reach my internet cap if i re-download it again -
