[TWD] Killer - Teleporting vehicles, tracks players etc.

Hi all, Just a forewarning, the guy with the name in the title is a script kid hacker. Noticed he joined our private hive server for a few minutes, and teleported himself and my chopper to the airfield and proceeded to fly around. Though he'll probably change his name, keep an eye out. Thanks JkF
