This has been resolved, but for posterity's sake: You appeared to be teleporting and were near the other hacker we were targeting. We ban first, then review logs and friend's testimonials. Upon review this ban was lifted (within 30 min). Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you on the server again. -

Got the new debug monitor in. Hotkey is Use Action 20. To set hotkey: While in-game hit escape, go to Options, Controls, drop-down menu Custom Controls, Set hotkey for "Use Action 20" -

Cut down the number of NPC spawns a bit. The missions still spawn heavy concentrations of NPC's. The other NPC's spawn in waves over the first four hours. I cut out spawns for the last two hours before restart completely. Most NPC's patrol near their spawn points, only a few roving patrols. However, any group that aggro's someone can and often will chase across the map before returning to their patrol area. -

I've finally worked out the bugs in the code, so the mission system is now fully functional. There are still a few minor bugs, but they are insignificant. The mission spawned vehicles do NOT save on restart. Mission breakdown: Firebase: Small bunker and rocket launcher crate. C130 Crash: Two large supply crates. Special Weapons: One rocket launcher crate. Gear cache: One large supply crate. Recover APC: One random APC, will need repairs/fuel. Recover Heli: One attack chopper, will need fuel. Mission starts 20 to 30 minutes after completion of previous mission or boot up of server. Missions are marked on map and announced when they spawn. If you log in after mission starts or die, you will not see the marker. Missions spawn in random locations around the map. ALL MISSIONS ARE PROTECTED BY HEAVY CONCENTRATIONS OF NPC'S! BE WARNED! -

We're waiting on our host for the 0.741 update, so it will happen when it happens. Sorry. As for good news, we now have Wasteland style sidemissions on our server. They're still in development, so there are some bugs, but they are mostly functional. Come check it out! -

Everyone forgets chemlights and flares. Personally I think it's hella fun running around with a chemlight in your hand trying to find the parts for NVG's. The blue chemlight's glow only shows up for about 30m so you're not even that big a target. M203 Flares are fun too. Shoot a flare in front of a chopper pilot with NVG's on and watch him crash! lol Anyway, night is turned off. We also tweaked the vehicle spawn so they should respawn more frequently and be easier to find. -

Found a different script for fast day/night cycle. The server is now running on a 6 hour day. 4 hours daylight 2 hours night! -

Added a stats page for the server: http://all.quixoticfolly.com/stats Also, changed the NPC loadouts a bit and set NPC bodies to decompose 30 minutes from death. Still working on the 4 hour day 2 hour night script. -

A few new things added to the server! Updated to Namalsk 0.74, so watch out for zombies carjacking you. JSRS sound mod is now allowed by the server. Aaand we've added Bandit and Military NPC's that roam the map and/or guard areas of interest. Happy hunting! -

Updated server. Added another military outpost with ammobox. (A frigate ran aground and an emergency camp was built. Thanks Greyfoxx006!) Auto refueling now works at all gas tanks/stations. -

On DaRT v0.8.1 the bans will not load at all. If I have the pull players/bans on connect checked then neither works. If it is unchecked it will pull players on autorefresh, but not bans. -

We've added a bunch of custom buildings including 2 small towns, 2 castles, 5 military outposts, and more! Each military outpost has an ammobox with emergency supplies including basic rifles and a couple not so basic rifles. Happy hunting! -

Speaking as a server admin, I'd say most private servers have it enabled to help deal with hackers. Hard to figure out who the hacker is if nobody can talk to you. Plus, who doesn't like to brag a bit when they get great kills? :P -

We have 8+ admins spread across 5+ Timezones, so there's nearly always an admin checking in and keeping an eye out for hackers! -

Since sniper rifles are disabled insanely rare in the loot tables we will be offering them through admin trades. To get the rifle you must collect 10 magazines for it and then let one of the admins know you wish to trade. We will delete the 10 mags from your inventory and give you the rifle in their place. Ex: You have 12 DMR mags. We remove 10 and give you a DMR. To get the AS50 you must trade 10 M107 mags + NVG's. Admins capable of trades are: TheSzerdi, Mongrell, and Stevan You can also e-mail [email protected] to notify me that you wish to make the trade. IMPORTANT: You must be logged out while we edit inventory! The mags must be in your main inventory. Also, you should empty your primary weapon slot before logging as it may be deleted otherwise. We will probably offer other trades in the future. -

Reporting hacker on private server

Sorry, I was inexperienced with that interface. However, that is NOT a GUID. You'll need to access the log files to get the GUID. That unique ID is just how your server identifies a particular player. GUID is how BattlEye globally identifies a player. I like the new magazine cargo log. It should show you if someone is spawning in stuff.
