Day 2, Stary Sobor As I spawn on the sniper hill 600m south from stary sobor with my lovely dmr, coyote and camo clothing on FR34, it takes me something about 5 secs to hear a sniper being on his furious sniping rampage, shooting +-10 times at someone in stary sobor. I start to roll, going to kill this nasty bandit, as I hear one shot from stary sobor. "flies". So apparently, that guy is dead, so i observe the sobor for a bit, spotting a huey 450 meters away from me and plenty of zombies around. I immediately realize, that theres gonna be more guys around, so I leave the sniper spot and flank around the hill, when i barely can see something white in a bush. Another bandit, one dmr shot into his head, hes down, alt-4ing. whatever. I continue to flank around, finding myself a more safe sniper position, when I spot a bandit, member of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. clan with his m24 in the big red barn in stary sobor. Since hes 700m away, completely and very obviously baits me to shoot him, I rather back off, cause there could be someone trying to flank around and kill me. so I wait something about 3 mins, when the guy with m24 starts to run south, almost directly toward me. I patiently wait, until he gets close enough to me. 200meters, lets do it. as he zig-zags, my first 3 bullets miss him, then i manage to hit him in his chest, as he starts to pass out. second shot, he should be dead. Wow, two kills today, awesome. So I run towards his body, going to loot him, when directly in front of me, I hear some sounds in bushes. My heart goes immediately mental, bumbing like never before. I stop, not moving, trying to spot him in 3rd person. He is there, ghillie with m14. I wait another 30 secs, until he turns around. As he does, I pop out, shoot him in the head 3 times, he has no chance. Luckily, this guy had pretty much everything - rvgs, nvgs, m107 etc. I take everything and sprint away from that bloody place, my story ends.

I see no point in doing that. i guess its called "general discussion" for a reason, so is this part called "bandit campfire"

dude the lock on system gets removed in next patch and these 50.cals like m107, ksvk and as50 are supposed to take down choppers such as little bird, thats why its called "anti-material sniper rifle".

no its not ingame, the music he plays during nights is from doom 3, he also uses the music in his minecraft (bambicraft) series ;) so its just post-edited music, not from dayz

this has been mentioned in some way, there ve been posts like the longer you live, the better will your character become and its something that makes sense + is an another reason to try to survive. Now dayz is just about loot. You got enfield,u noob, you got as50, u god. But if this comes in standalone, its gonna be different, and thats awesome
