Knowingly or unknowingly you've just posted exactly what needs to be fixed about this exploit. Also, exploiting to keep gear and shooting noobs on the beach must make you feel like a boss.

If you can consistently avoid the consequences of this game by willfully and knowingly exploiting these kind of mechanisms then I would call that cheating and destroying the whole premise of this game. This guy has avoided losing his gear three times now over a decent span of time today.
