Well no, it really kinda isn't. That picture works just fine for the banner, and I don't think anyone should go through the hassle of changing it.

Why should it be changed? A pic from the Standalone could look exactly like that, once they implement flares.

What this site does is it checks the minimum and recommended system requirements for a game, and tells you if your components are above that or not. In other words, it just doesn't work. Also, to answer the OP's question, it's possible to have less stutter in an image even though the FPS is the same (kinda like microstutter).

It'd run just fine on a 500W PSU. I could go on about how the GPU itself could not draw more than 300W max even if overclocked and how Haswell, unless seriously OC'd isn't gonna draw that 200W. Oh wait, I just did anyway. And if you didn't notice, i7's are considerably more expensive than i5's, and i5's just really, really aren't for gaming. An i5 would do him just fine. My comments might seem really negative, but just to clear things out, I have personally nothing against you, and I do agree with some of your suggestions on the setup, like the 770.

See if you can find the Silverstone 500W Strider Essential. Trusted brand with a cheap price. Also, i7 for gaming? You nuts? (Says the guy with the i7 primarily for gaming)

He's gonna do fine with a 500W PSU if he doesnt SLI/Crossfire or get a top-end GPU like the 780.

Well, if you literally don't have anything, it really doesn't matter where you start. You'd might want to start with the case and motherboard though, the moving to CPU and RAM, then to the GPU and HDD's and then to the peripherals (monitor, mouse, keyboard)

An already put together PC is a waste of money to be honest. You might as well wait for the Steambox to come out. If you really want a PC though, just watch some tutorials on how to build a PC, it really isn't hard. EDIT: If you want any guidelines to tutorials, or just straight out help with things, just PM me.

Well... It'd be mostly a zig-zaggy line all across the map, or a line that goes from spawn to NWA and back to Balota or Cherno...

In the mod there were wrecked Humvees and cars all over the place, and junk piles blocking the roads. It just got ridiculously annoying when driving cars, and especially at nighttime, when you bumped into piles of junk and wrecked cars all the time. I prefer the empty look of the apocalypse, but of course this is all opinions.
