Title says it all me and my friend were looting stary and there was a truck next to where the UAZ spawn. It was only missing a tire and everything else was good. If someone can tell me was it someones? New spawn? sorry if its an obvious answer.

That's what i though and we already did. There was a tire in a building 50 meters away! ha and if you could tell me how to reply to a person that would be great.
