It has been removed from the loot table. All that means is it will no longer spawn. It doesnt mean the L85 is no longer allowed. If you have an L85 you are perfectly OK to keep it and continue to use it. With that in mind, they are going to become super rare and therefore worth a LOT :D

I have to say, I've never been so impressed by the way a dev/dev team has went about creating a game and being so open with the community. Looking into the future (quite far I imagine) any new games Rocket and the team are involved in, I will be all over, even if the genre isnt my cup of tea. I think the word to sum it up would be 'class'. Something the (and I really do hate to bring this up) WarZ devs have 0 of. I heard someone tell me that in their patch notes or whatever, for their version of tents (what ever it is they use to stash stuff in) the patch notes read "(Working as intended unlike DayZ) at the end of the sentence Not sure if it really says this, but if it does it speaks volumes for the devs. Any WarZ players here (or anyone who has read the thing) who can confirm that or link it?

Hmmmm with Steam the problem was fixed by Validating both games through Steam. I dont have the disk version myself, but is there not some way to Validate it without steam? Have you tried re-installing it? Here is a link with a guy with the exact same problem, however it IS from Steam unfortunately, so I dunno if you can use it to try and help you fix your problem. Im sure if the issue can be sorted on Steam it can be with retail copy too. Kick was caused by a faulty missions.pbo file. Validated both games through Steam. BattlEye rolled back to 1.164 and updated normally to 1.166 ingame. It seems you just need to roll back Battleeye to 1.64 and then it will update itself once you go onto the game.

This is a code for survivors, in the Survivor section. Survivors DO want to stop banditry (ideological wise, I realize the game would be shit without bandits). This (and any code of conduct) is for those that wish to follow it OR wish to join a group/organisation that requires you to follow it. No one is forcing anyone. Number 2 doesnt make sense to me though. I get the bit about you can only gain what you put into it, but the losing part makes it sound like "If you dont want to lose anything, dont put anything in" which sounds a bit negative.

Hmmm well I can only throw the obvious things out there that you probably have already done, but maybe you havent. Anyways on dayz commander have you made sure to 'reset all filters'? If they are coming up on your favourites, it seems like a filter issue. Also have you tried re-installing Commander? I had to do this once for some issue i was having to do with ping, I cant remember exactly what it was now, but re-installing fixed it for whatever reason.

Failing that get DayZ commander and it will find the folder automatically and install dayz and the newest betas in to it. All you have to do is press install each time a new update comes out (and it will let you know when a new one is available). I also use the Arma II Launcher it is an awesome program. I use it for ArmA 2 mainly though as Commander is so much more convenient and easy for DayZ, the server browser is also BY FAR the best out of all the other programs, none of the others even come close.

I have my video memory set to Very high now. I used to have it at default as people said its bad to have it anything else. But after testing, I found that I get better FPS with it on high and 0 problems what so ever. Im not sure why people say it MUST be on default. Maybe try leaving it on normal or whatever if you havent tried that already. But yeah, that is a new one, I havent heard anyone else with this tbh, I've heard a million and one problems just not this. Seems to be loads of little strange issues like this in this game.

Yeah I agree with having a better place to stash your stuff. Maybe it doesnt even have to be a tent. I like the idea of just simply digging a hole and burring your stash (like the guy on The Walking Dead does). There is already a spade item in game (Entrenchment tool) lets make it more useful. Maybe there would just be a little pile of earth thats possible to spot, but just harder than a tent that sticks out miles. And obviously you wont be able to use it as an exploit to block doors etc. like people STILL do even though its supposed to be fixed so that you cant as you wont be able to dig a whole in concrete. Yeah but it still works. IO tested it yesterday put a tent in the lake. worked fine, its still there :( Same with concrete, walked into apartments in Berez yesterday tent blocking the doorway.

Yeah man any server can be attacked for sure. However most hackers are too lazy to sign up to a whitelisted server, also a server I joined recently whitelists you through your IP address, Im not sure, but I imagine hackers wont want that so they probably wont sign up, I dunno. So yeah i would definitely go further than a private hive and say whitelist if you want the most 'hacker-free' environment currently possible. That way even if you do encounter a hacker you can just let admin know and they will sort is pretty quick, maybe even get you your stuff back, Ive seen a couple of cool admins like this. And yeah BMRF is a really good one just joined myself they are one of the ones that whitelists you based on your IP address. They also have some awesome new weapons etc. G36 FTW!

Signed up, was playing on it yesterday. And yeah haha people talking on side chat is a nightmare, puts the shits up you sometimes, but I do likes me a server with side chat on. Also I learned who Billy Mays is or do I say was? No no, is. I prefer is. I imagine my mum knows him, she loves that type of thing!

Hmm I have no idea what can use that format, but I do know you can change the codec in the options. You can change the codec from Dxtory to a number of other codecs. Not sure if that will help or if you have already tried it, but if not it may be worth trying.

Its definitely worth getting IMO, Arma 2 is so underrated! There are many more Mods, hundreds in fact. The single player is awesome too IMO.

Yeah the hiding in a bush is a bit of an exploit IMO If the zombies didnt see you duck in the bush and dont know you're there fair enough, but if they can see you and are actively trying to hit you, but they cant because a game flaw wont let them, that's an exploit IMO.

Ahh shame, though it IS still in Beta ofc, maybe they will iron out any problems, but then again this is Razer. Terrible company IMO.
