    Yes. ARMA II CO is an AMAZING game, even without DayZ. It's the most accurate military simulator you can find, and you get to enjoy it with your friends. DayZ is just icing on the cake. It's not the only Mod for the game either.

    I believe the erratic shaking suits it just fine. It doesn't make it impossible to play if you don't have Painkillers, whilst still being a big enough nuisance to make you consider it as an issue. EDIT: Why are these being merged? o.O

    All three of the words in the title contradict each other. Something that is frequent means it happens often, and abnormal means it doesn't happen often. Frequent would also mean occuring a definite amount of times, which is the opposite of random. Anyway. I believe if we are going to up the difficulty in PvE it should be centered around the Zombies. If you want random/abnormal, I suppose abnormal genetic mutation with the infection to randomly create a stronger type of zombie.

    You could not. The sole intention of an aimbot is to give you an unfair advantage in a game. They physically alter your playing ability.

    90% of the time its either: Someone posts about a private hive, about 20 different hive admins post to advertise their server Or Someone posts about global ban, about 20 different users post to call him a hacking pillock.

    Well, the way I specified above worked with a second internal drive. Would there really be a significant difference that would mean it wouldn't work on an external one?

    If you want to run it through steam, you'd have to move your entire steam folder onto it, and run it from there. It should work.

    Whose to say that it's simply an ARMA 2 mod? I'm not saying that there isn't a legitimate SP DayZ mod, but perhaps the site the OP got it from was a dodgy one.

    There's your answer. Downloading anything DayZ related that isn't from the main site is basically giving away your CD key to some random hacker somewhere. The error #2d687a is just the first six letters of your CD-key, which I presume was stolen. Unfortunately, it means you would have to buy another copy of ARMA II to get a new CD-key. I'm not aware of how to go about doing that, so it's best if you ask someone else.

    If you're suggesting that the loot wouldn't appear for anyone if another player on the server had looted the spot on a different server, then it could be used for trolling. Just go to a common loot spot on an empty server, loot it all, then hop onto every server. Nobody gets loot.

    Because then it would make looting too easy. A vital part of looting is the possibility of someone being there before you. if everyone had their own "loot instances" every loot spot would have something for you. I believe that someone should be unable to pick up the loot for a predetermined amount of time in any server.

    On #1, A lot of the time when I am looting, I want to do it fast. I do this by running through an area with loot and looking at what's on the floor, and deciding if it's worth stopping for. If they all look the same, I'd be looking through a lot of tin cans. #2&3 sounds like a great idea, however. Now, think of a solution that will fix both hacking, and how to convince doors that legs aren't their enemy, and I'll give you a cookie.

    Remember, that some people might not be doing it for an advantage. Sometimes you want to talk to friends who aren't playing DayZ. Sometimes you require some privacy (Perhaps somebody is taking a phone call behind them, and being unable to shut off your mic would jeopardize that.
