Guys, this isn't a "was he hacking?" thread. It was for a question which has been answered. Besides, there's literally no proof that he was banned for hacking. He could also have simply used a dodgy link by mistake, and had it stolen. Sure, it might be clumsy but it's entirely possible. So knock it off with the "lololol gg hacker" crap.

Try "Verify integrity of game cache". If that doesn't work, reinstall both games.

ARMA 2 bans will have nothing to do with Standalone. They are two separate games.

But they're not referred to as Homosexuals nowadays, they're referred to as Gays. If you saw a man today, you'd refer to him as "Dude" or "Mate" or simply "Man", when back in the day it was "Gentleman", and although that's fallen out of use recently, It still retains its meaning. You could say "But Gay didn't mean that before!" and I could simply quote my first post here and it would answer it again. Personally, I feel this little tangent of the meaning behind the word gay fits in fine with the topic. After all, we are discussing the meaning behind words, and how they change. Still, your word's final. P.S: I lol'd at "gay viper nest"

Tomayto, Tomahto. The very existence of any word is to convey a message/meaning to another being. When someone says to me "Oh, this guy is hacking" I know it means that someone is using scripts. I can understand his message, so there's little to no reason for me to care how he says it. He could say "SHERP FLERB DE WERPWERP?!" for all it matters, as long as his message is understood, then the words have served their purpose.

Right, your "friend"... Either way, your CD-key's gone. You can buy Operation Arrowhead again to get a new one, but I wouldn't bother unless you're 101% sure that key stealer's gone, and the only way to be sure is to format your hard-drive or reinstall your OS.

What the hell? Are we supposed to somehow magically cure his phobia for him or something? Otherwise I'm not sure how you're expecting us to help. It's just a brutal fact that some people can't play some games. My mother suffers from motion sickness every time she plays a game that doesn't have a fixed camera angle, so she can't play most games. There's really nothing you can do to avoid it besides overcome it or don't play. Sorry, but it's true. -

You simply mute your mic and it'll automatically shift you there after a few seconds.

The only rules I can recall besides the obvious is that you had to be signed into their Teamspeak in-case they needed to contact you. You can sit in the "not talking" channel if you don't want to talk, though. You can talk via text, too. They support all playstyles, they even offer "Survivor" and "Bandit" group rooms for you.

I'm not sure. I have no phobias, however I have a large disdain for any form of insect. Video game ones don't bother me in the slightest, however. -

Make a new account and buy it then. They won't ban you for it, but odds are whatever cd-key stealer stole your key the first time will just take your second one. -
If the above solution works, make sure you tick "Hide wrong Mod version" in your filters list.

I browse the DayZ page for steam often. Unfortunately I do not have the authority to "moderate" it, and I don't believe the DayZ team have any say in who does either.

You know what I mean. Items use for a medical purpose as opposed to a recreational one.

Hey there, Use DayZCommander to filter servers with features you want on/off, such as a day/night cycle, 3rd person mode, crosshairs, etc. As for weapons, finding out where they spawn is half the fun. Otherwise, use the DayZDB Map to see where everything spawns.
