You will not be Global Banned. You may be admin banned from that specific server if it's a private hive.

I wasn't doubting that you bought the game yesterday, I was doubting that you had only just logged into a server once and got banned, and that's it. Also, you should edit your post to remove your personal info, as I have.

A global ban means your CD key has been caught hacking. We don't give the Global bans, BattlEye does. Speak to them. FYI, there's no such thing as no reason for a global ban. EDIT: You are also registered to a few hacking sites that happen to be French. Not sure I buy your story.

I think the fact that most people wouldn't do this IRL is why people would do it on a game; they want to act out someone that isn't them. It's the purpose of a game to allow you to experience what you normally don't. Some people like to place themselves as they are in a different situation, others like to simply be another person entirely.

You already created a thread on this. As you were told before, there is no such thing as "no reason", and we have literally NOTHING to do with your ban. BattlEye are the only people you can talk to about it.

You say that as if we all went "Yes. We want random people to be banned without any way to defend from it. That is perfect." In theory, it was a brilliant idea; server admins report cheaters to the list, they get banned from many servers. This kept servers safer and discouraged cheating. Its only critical flaw was that it was abandoned. Now nobody gets added, but more seriously, nobody gets removed. Right now, I'm kinda campaigning for official interjection to take it down, and I actively suggest all servers stop using it. It should have been wiped when all interest with the project was lost. But don't pin the blame on us; we think it's just a bad an idea as you.

Allow me to explain: You DO have the choice in if you want those changes or not. If you don't want them, don't update. If you think "Well then people won't join my server!" Then obviously, THEY DO WANT THE CHANGES. That's YOUR problem, not ours. That also has nothing to do with the Dev team. Server hosts, again, have literally nothing to do with the dev team. If it just occurred to you that you'd rather not spend money on a server, then don't fucking host. It's that simple.

You should think about embedding a video. People coming here will know what they can expect on your channel and will be more likely to watch the others. (Protip: just paste the URL of the video to embed, make sure you have "HTTP://" and not "HTTPS://)

CD-Key in use means just that; someone is using your CD-Key. You may have downloaded a key stealer by mistake, which was disguised as something else. There's really nothing we can do.

You need to give us details of the ban. An admin ban would depend on whether it's a public or private hive. Whereas there needs to be a valid reason for a public admin ban, private hives may ban you at their discretion. A global ban is a different story however, and there are no global bans for "no reason".

Your question was answered twice:

Nowhere in my post did I claim anyone was "Randomly hacked". I claimed there are malicious downloads that aren't just hacks such as bug fixes, maps, FPS boosts, or other addons. I suggest you do not go around calling people "Ignorant fools" when you didn't even read what I had said, Not to mention your only evidence is a blatantly exaggerated statistic. I will say it again, don't post in these threads to hurl OT flamebait at the OP (And that is all your post was, it did not contribute to resolving OP's problem/question in the slightest, and the only possible result of your post was a hostile reaction from the OP).
