as we know the hero skin gives also a slight movement increase and increased damage resistance, do these perks still work if u have hero skin but chose to play female if u die?

i dont want bikinis n massive boobs ¬_¬ i just want to know im playing a female character that is decent looking and not a skinny bloke with flat chest. seriously the only way u can tell its female is from the voice and hair clips

does anyone know when the new female skins will be coming or know where to find a reskin of it because all it looks like to me is a skinny male character with flat chest lol
