4 for ages, then one headed off to factory to scout, it started off when someone in the humvv tried to run one of the crew off the road and crashed it into the tree, they picked me up and we went back to the scene, found the hummer and I stayed at the crash site while they headed off to change hardwear. While I was there a motor bike and the suv / or Ural stopped to check the wrecked vehicle - I couldn't really tell as I was cowering in a bush wondering to myself how they hadn't seen me, anyways 2 other of our crew picked up wheels to fix the hummer and came to our position, where we decided to ambush instead, but after a couple of hours no show, we just fixed up the hummer and took it..

interesting indeed, we sat for a couple of hours waiting to ambush them repairing a humvv we assumed their crew stuffed in a tree, we reckoned they had gone to factory for 2 wheels, so sent someone off to recon when they found the SUV, and decided it was a bait car, when he came back from factory the SUV was blown - somehow our paths didn't cross, the tension waiting was enough though maybe it was just as well for my hearts sake!!..

I too have a dark side, but I don't bother going to all the trouble of ^^^^ if im down round the coast and I see a fresh spawn bandit, I usually shout at them " lets see how you like a taste of your own medicine biatch" and waste them, really enjoyable if they have nothing at all and shed tears about being unarmed.. maximum satisfaction..

got my m4a1 holo at last, but paid a heavy price for it, made the deal, and then filled up a czech pack with several rabbit stakes, several mre's, several canteen's of boiled water + a load of clips of mp5sd & g17 + m9sd ammo.. made a loot pile on the ground to put the czech pack on to, so I could put all the gear into a coyote pack - it fucking vanished!grrrr. Explained the problem to Thehet, so arranged a British assault pack instead, ran round my tents looking for as close to the original load out as possible; though had to use fresh meat instead of Rabbit and MRE's, headed off to the agreed location to do the swap, and like a dickhead tried to put the backpack into his motorbike, bye bye backpack number two, and boy didn't i feel a right twat! Story had a happy ending anyways and he still gimme the gun. Went for a spin on the motor bike with him and ended up getting caught in a total shit storm up at Starry!! great nights fun indeed.. cheers for the gun Thehet.. edit: ps cheers for the trade offer Faffy, just hadn't got what you were asking for..

Thanks again man, that helps alot was able to delete some I didn't need to stream and add others that I do! due to limitations of ram and what not, I can only stream all the arma 2 + Dayz pbo's.. the game is going to have to pull the others off the hard drive for now :( will try this for a while and see if it helps in the citys where I struggle most at. have all the beans!! thanks for going to the trouble..

actually can someone help me understand what .pbo's the game uses.. I have Arma 2, so i'm guessing it uses the 3 different Chernarus .pbo's out of arma 2, but, does it also use its roads, building's etc etc of ARMA2's pbo's, or, are the arraow head assests used, or does it not matter? cheers..

yeah, i've the same issue too for some reason since aroound two Sundays ago, but, if I just launch Dayz through commander and remote connect through the servers IP it works no problem.. hope that helps..

i'm sorry, when the advantage has been with a player to kill someone and they make a conscious decision not to pull the trigger and instead engage the other only for them to turn round and kill them, that is not PVP, that's just being a dick.. Learn to differentiate between the two. Same as someone who kills someone else who is unarmed. Now you can try and justify it as much as you like to yourself and the community, but it just doesn't wash. The majority of sane people view such people as Wankers, short and simple. Now ,maybe you like people to think you're a wanker, but me personally? nah i've a bit more self respect than that..

me and chopper bumped into a player in the dark lastnight with NVG's so gave him driving duties of the jeep we were in, so much easier with those things on, ended up getting them sorted out with a car and a motor bike by the time we finished up and went our seperate ways, was funny when we rolled into stary and someone was busy farming the tents, being a busy bee, we think mister wightpants, became mista brown pants as he scarpered PDQ when we engaged him - in conversation obviously, not a fire fight..

I think they have it toned down again, I think the Z's should definately investigate DC like they would a flare but from what I can tell it has no effect again in the latest beta..

was shocked to see captain america was globably banned by BE trying to join the server last night, now maybe that wasn't the Cpt America that always plays on the server, at least I hope it wasn't, but someone else using the same name... also definately had a "strange" death way up north on Saturday night, I have my suspicions it was someone a litttle butt hurt from me killing them shortly before tbh, I won't name name's here, but sent details to mac for investigation..
