you've as much chance dieing to someone playing on a potato with everything turned low, or people on high end machines with everything turned down low, as you have of dieing from people with gamma cranked, stop giving a shit and just enjoy the experience of playing with an atmospheric night, it makes the game 100 times more enjoyable.

i'm expecting the environment to become very punishing interms of infection and exposure to the elements. That being said and done. I still reckon civilisation collapsing is a more interesting proposal than it being gone completely to rust, know what I mean? outbreak rather than broken..

well I suppose the question is the remaniants of how large a military remains? we assume they have been overrun by the virus, how much of that weaponry would pass into the remaining populations hands?

Fair point, but it's not the zombie apocalypse, they are not the undead there is a nondiscript virus at play, + it's a game, I suppose I like to think of it as being shortly after the out break, not the point where civilisation is destroyed back beyond the darkages with people reduced to fighting with bow's & spears is all i'm saying..

this is my biggest problem with nighttime also really annoying that you can not assign a key to turning lights on and off & having to use the inventory instead.. -
you would be surprised at the number of people who live in those areas specifically to kill hoppers. it's what I call fishing, I used to live up in the NEAF i'm sure I spent at least over 100 hours there doing just that over the holidays think I killed around 37 or so, and i'm sure double maybe treble that CL'd with their hearts pounding when I missed..

I can't help but think your man sounds wile like Karl Pilkington anyways ALex didn't know he was on coms to the lads in the fire station I reckon, i'm sure your man was having a laugh with them on coms all the way to elektro.. -

well if the cleaning of the wound was just window dressing (pardon the pun) i'd say the key factor was taking the hit from the zombie, as I say I hadn't been healthy for a few days even though I was eating and drinking and "completely full" on several occasions..

an epic fight over a Blackhawk down the northern end of the runway at nwaf that lasted at least two and half hours, and ended with me managing to plant a c4 charge on it while a massive firefight was raging all over the airfield.. good times!!
