you still don't seem to get it, Dayz is a story of bandits and heroes and a bunch of survivors transitioning between the two. your adventure is about your journey, do you become a clown or a hero?.. oh and there's zombies.. did you not get the memo? By the attire you choose to wear, whether or not you even realise it, you are indicating intent of which direction you are traveling because of the established lore or the game, heroes wear plaid, bandits wear masks. this isn't going to change now after years..

cause Bandits can only blood regen & gain health from bitter salty tears & other peoples beans..

as I said m8 there are plenty of idiots in clown masks, the lore of the game is clear and has been established over years, bandits wear masks, hero's wear plaid. Anyone who interperates this differently is in effect saying that they are bigger than the DayZ lore, but they're greatly mistaken. If you're not a bandit take the mask off for your own good.

I tend to remember more the random tins of open beans I leave about Chernarus.. 89 to date..

good for you m8, thing is though there are plenty who do, & those that do operate a shoot on sight policy tend to know what their at in the game, & they know it is expected. Must be funny being in a war and not knowing who your adversary is. Can't forget there are plenty of clowns in game who don't reveal themselves with masks..

Part of what makes me so jelly of all the peeps with high end pc's of today, all I have is a touch of smaa, everything else turned off. but, I still think the game looks amazing..

wow, I think the game looks amazing and runs alot smoother than the mod already and i'm playing on an ancient potato now, and I can run everything high at 150% resolution, I don't even have an ssd and I snipe at like 100 - 120 fps, still really struggle in town's, that new town is awful. This is a highly coustomisable engine, but you can get amazing results if you know what you're at..

if you have a clown mask on you're either a bandit or an idiot same thing as the bike helmets though for some reason I don't view them being quite so psycho. Fair play if you do wear a clown mask specially all the heros, as it takes a special kind of hero to wear a clown mask, hey bandits can wear plaid know what I mean?

when you play for long enough it just becomes a change of priorities and it hurts less.

quick question, can you cuff and bag a combat logger and if so is the consequence death or do they join another server in the cuffed state?

that's your opinion m8, there are plenty of genuine hero's in game who rock the hero outfit. Is it easy? no. All there is, is uncertainty it's all 50/50 and that ain't going to change.. deal with it..

there's only one certainity, people in Bandit mask / biker helmets are either Bandits or idiots.. everything else is 50/50 figure it out yourself..

takes balls to wear a bandit mask as you may as well run round with a big sign saying shoot me please, being a hero aint so easy you need good DayZ instincts. I enjoy playing both..

if youre a good guy don't wear a clown mask or helmet, if you do you're an idiot. there are many people in this game who will kill you on sight and who wouldn't have if you didn't wear it. there is lore in this game developed over years - it's easy to find the attire of a hero, just there is no guarantee those you meet wearing it are actual hero's - welcome to dayz..

Oh well, I dropped a pelican case on the 3rd floor room of the "school" as everyone seems to call it, which contained a worn LRS & pristine PU and the floor ate it, So I have none spare now.. sry..

well I have definitely got one off a metal shelf in either an industrial spawn or a garage I don't remember which..

it can be pitch dark, the worst is the silent ones that don't scream out, all you hear are the footsteps running at you, they see as well in the dark as in daylight if you are in their direct line of sight. at least sometimes you hear them aggro, but at times you don't, I've nearly had several heart attacks because of it..

I play a lot in the dark and believe me Z's can see in the dark after the last patch, no if and or buts about it..

yassirs what you call a hero is just a survivour - there has been a particular way for hero's to dress in DayZ for years see - http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/162504-the-hero/ military are 50/50 not everyone in mil gear is a bandit. bandits wear payday masks, heros who wear payday masks are idiots.. can bandits dress as hero's? yes of course they can. DayZ is all about uncertainity and pinning stupid yellow ribbons as suggested by someone else isn't going to take that uncertainity away. Nothing is going to take it away as that is what makes DayZ so unique. People need to stop QQ'ing about it and just accept that that is the game and allways will be.. Heros should wear plaid Bandits should wear pay day masks. the end.

found another pristine one tonight, but I also found an acog... if anyone wants the worn one on hardcore gimme a shout and i'll arrange to drop it somewhere for you, but not tonight i'm going to bed now..

I've a pristine mosin with pristine compensator and worn LRS that I will trade for a pristine acog + 3 pristine batteries on hardcore. I have a mosin on the reg hive and I really couldn't be arsed running with 2 guns on hardcore - I've kinda put the mosin together while trying to fix up my m4..

well looks like there is going to be 9.4% illumination in the night sky tonight.. tomorrow night looks like 3.4% and the following two days nasty 0.4% & 0.8% better get some batteries if you wanna play at night..
