lol. my current character on Hard core is 100% bandit, but I think it's like Japanese noh theatre, you have to be careful performing in mask's!! I think there is nothing wrong with a bandit finding some redemption for the sake of his soul ;)

in 290 or so hours I've been killed once by another player..

My pc is ancient, my processor is like 3 gernerations old, don't have ssd and only run the game with a touch of SMAA, while I struggle seriously around towns, out in the wilderness I snipe at 100+ fps usually 120 @ 150% resolution with everything very high, so I think sli does a good enough job..

at the end of the day you have a choice "la grand narrative" hero or bandit? all just depends on the individuals commitment, wear the mask be an agent not of chaos but KOS! & then marvel at the pages and pages that try to "understand" it The wise man fears the payday masks in Dayz.

Mostly it's fear, someone shits the pants, adrenaline running away with them, next thing bullets are flying and corpses are everywhere being picked over by any survivours who live to tell the tale.. Thats why when I get a quiet moment I enjoy the cool refreshing taste of Pipsi, quench my thirst and takes my mind off the bedlam, available on most corpses..

This is 100% a bandit, in mask I value your life for a joke, infact given the opportunity you will get the chance to tell a joke, if it doesn't make me laugh? I love telling people " you couldn't tell a joke to save your life" & killing them, I will kill you if I don't think you run in a funny enough manner, i'll kill you if I need a battery. To those that don't think there is a war between me and heroes I laugh in your face. There are no heroes only clowns without masks.. -
This is so funny given the rifle's that were in the game for years, now even a Mosin is OP.. the tears they never end..

jeepers mate you still don't get it, it's your actions that define you as a hero or bandit not what you wear. Not every clown wears a mask, bandits wear plaid, nothing is cut and dried, in fact most people dunno what part they are playing even after they analyse what happened leading to their death, you have to use your instincts to decide what the person is you encounter and sometimes you get it wrong it doesn't matter. no one is getting out alive. there is no endgame, death is the end of the game. -
you still don't seem to get it, Dayz is a story of bandits and heroes and a bunch of survivors transitioning between the two. your adventure is about your journey, do you become a clown or a hero?.. oh and there's zombies.. did you not get the memo? By the attire you choose to wear, whether or not you even realise it, you are indicating intent of which direction you are traveling because of the established lore or the game, heroes wear plaid, bandits wear masks. this isn't going to change now after years..

cause Bandits can only blood regen & gain health from bitter salty tears & other peoples beans..

as I said m8 there are plenty of idiots in clown masks, the lore of the game is clear and has been established over years, bandits wear masks, hero's wear plaid. Anyone who interperates this differently is in effect saying that they are bigger than the DayZ lore, but they're greatly mistaken. If you're not a bandit take the mask off for your own good.

I tend to remember more the random tins of open beans I leave about Chernarus.. 89 to date..

good for you m8, thing is though there are plenty who do, & those that do operate a shoot on sight policy tend to know what their at in the game, & they know it is expected. Must be funny being in a war and not knowing who your adversary is. Can't forget there are plenty of clowns in game who don't reveal themselves with masks..

wow, I think the game looks amazing and runs alot smoother than the mod already and i'm playing on an ancient potato now, and I can run everything high at 150% resolution, I don't even have an ssd and I snipe at like 100 - 120 fps, still really struggle in town's, that new town is awful. This is a highly coustomisable engine, but you can get amazing results if you know what you're at.. -
if you have a clown mask on you're either a bandit or an idiot same thing as the bike helmets though for some reason I don't view them being quite so psycho. Fair play if you do wear a clown mask specially all the heros, as it takes a special kind of hero to wear a clown mask, hey bandits can wear plaid know what I mean?

when you play for long enough it just becomes a change of priorities and it hurts less.
