I came to the conclusion nearly ten years ago that BI develop software for alien technology, it's the only rational explanation I could come up with as I don't think I've ever possessed a computer capable of running any current title with current technology at maximum settings. Ever!!

a mate was telling me about it today, certainly sounds interesting the way vehicles work in it anyways - as in when you leave the server. DayZ really needs to figure out something for vehicles in the game so that your shit isn't lost when you are not in the world. -
I've been plagued with it since 0.35.115188. Hoping there is a move towards a new stable candidate this week to sort it out, as I can only go near a busy server in company to watch over me if I crash.

I think they're definitely going to address the issue later, it's on the to do list. My advice is just do your own thing there are plenty of folk who play at night and enjoy it.
