yeah, i'f I don't use the ram drive the game works perfectly, but as soon as I use the addons folder with the files using the " .symlink " to link to my ramdirve it kicks for gamehack #140, so before getting onto BE I just wanted to see if any others using a ramdrive were having a similar experience, this is not an appeal..

that is your miscomprehension yes "some" people will just kill everything, but there are thousands who will kill clown masks specifically, because they are bandit masks & who wouldn't have killed you otherwise. if you can't grasp this then you don't really know much about the game.

why should people change? it's set in this game - masks, like the toothbrush moustache are not a signifier of "goodness" in the world, don't like it? tough shit - you're not going to change the attitude, I have no doubt there are thousands of people who will kill you on sight in this game for wearing a mask, that's just the way it is, but you rock it if you want and be a hero, just stop fucking crying when you're kos'd. cause you were mistaken for a bandit. The discerning heroic person in Dayz does not cover their faces.

cause the lore says so, in the game for Years bandits wore masks - now in standalone everything is by choice, you can wear what ever you want, but there are thousands of people who have played this game for years who view payday masks negatively - even if you just think " they're cool" they are saying something more whether you like it or not..

Murlough either get with the lore or die, masks = bandit, even if you're running round shouting "Fweeeeeeeendly" at the top of your voice, bandit = mask. if you're not a bandit don't wear the fucking mask, or come crying to the forum about being friendly in a payday mask cause the lore doesn't give a shit, it's bigger than you, me or anyone else that posts in this thread and has been established over many years, otherwise you're swimming against the tide. capiche?

yeah, reading their tears in the forums when they get banned is pretty positive, I enjoy global ban messages from battle eye in game as well, it has to be said. All very positive. -
know why I love Dayz? Well it's like this, i've been alive in game now for about 4 months, every hour that I play turns into a total draining adrenaline rush, which can even be fuelled by as little as a zombie noise from a rabbit & that's with nearly 400 hours game time..

hey does this make a difference? i'm forever " waiting on host " and I have like 8 Pelican cases some with ammo boxes in them on one character and seven on the other, does it make a difference to actually getting on the server? I've been wondering why servers that have been sold for me for months now seem to be a problem to join.
