gotta be honest with you Irish i've never really enjoyed living in the NWAF and i've known groups of players who take that seriously. The reason being too much randomness can beam in when there is a cluster fuck raging, attacking is a bit of fun but the same deal - my fav has always been starry it's a shame it has none of it's former glory, i'm hoping it kinda turns into a hot spot for helo crashes, there really is no need for half the spawns they are using wasting them on the likes of balota and NWAF which are already big ticket venues..

I love both, when i'm playing alone and on low pop servers, I love the mixture of chill where I can let my mind fill the whole surviving the apocalypse fantasy, encounters become adrenaline fueled. where as imma rolling with a group at the weekend and that's going to be all about looking for trouble on high pop servers which is different and lots of fun too.

can you not just manually add battleeye to ZA - it's located in your Dayz directory in the battleeye folder funnily enough?

It would be nice if we could attach russian scopes instead of us ones, also be able to retrieve bolts from AI's inventery when you kill them, red arch and piano houses have bolts as well, i'm pretty sure they don't spawn in barracks or hangar's only jails and ACT would be nice if their effective range was upped another 20 meters or so. haven't attempted killing a human with them yet so dunno how effective they are in that regard.

never drink at NWAF run to Berezino factory for a drink then go to Vybor? put down the crack pipe and step away from the keyboard!

there is no way you can go to the NWAF and not expect to die, just no way. I came down through it from the north yesterday and I could tell that it was looted, but as i'm just looking crossbow bolts (people usually just leave them) I still check everything out, got to the ATC and there was sooooooo much good kit lying about the place, fully kitted mosin with LRS and comp, in the fire stations there was notes on the ground from I presume killed friendlies and more kit strewn about the place. It's always worth a look even if you think it's picked clean.

dunno if I should take this to the tracker or not, but i've noticed a few times (it appears to be random) but my character just does this.. I call it the 14 pints of guiness effect..

yes, you should always record onto a different HD than the one that is streaming the game to answer your question.

i've been scouring prime crash site locations round the Novy's to west of Zelno and I ain't seen any in experimental yet..

It depends by what you mean by night time, at the minute there is plenty of moon in the sky so visibility is great, when it is very dark make sure and wear dark clothes that way people who have gamma cranked can't really see you unless you move and is much safer that is why I prefer playing in proper darkness. All that being said Dayz has never been easier to play at night than it is now compared to the past, you should give it a whirl its great fun - I just wouldn't go charging into NWAF in the dark specially in low pop servers. I died yesterday because of it ran into a psycho just sitting waiting in a jail, brutally executed - nasty.

I met my demise in the NWAF to day on a low pop server, i'd been living in it - is that hopping? for about a week looking for crossbow bolt between it and Vybor depending on the length of play time, ran round the corner in a jail momentum carrying me up the stairs and blammmo - sweet dreams, just saw the stars and stripes in the moonlight as he opened up. thankfully he continued shooting my body I hope he destroyed my pristine mosin parts and all my trade stuff. Was a great run though, December 18th - July 12th. about three hundred hours in game in total i'd say.

I would add - composite arrow + hacksaw + sewing kit = crossbow bolt grinding bolts / arrows is a wile pain in the hole..

the only reason its bright at night at the minute is because of the lunar cycle, when there is less moon there is less light, nothing has changed.

there already. you must carry only a water bottle & only eat when hungry and you must eat whatever you find no matter the condition.
