Honestly, I would say good job Griz. Sometimes on the internet I see some good parents who actually DO something. Hell, I am only 18, but I do know that there should be punishment for the actions and not the stupid "I'm sorry so everything is better now." >.> I was lucky enough to grow up with parents who actually had morals and the belt to keep them in line. I knew if I dun-goofed, I would get the punishment fitting for it. If I missed an assignment for school, it wouldn't just be written up as "nothing." I got grounded, and not for just a day. If I didn't do my chores, I got grounded. As far as the use of "turd." LOL. People like to get in fits about the stupidest of things don't they? "OH NO!!!!! I WAS TRAUMATIZED AS A CHILD CAUSE MY DAD HAD A NICKNAME FOR ME!!!!" - said by no one ever. Anyways, this thread reminded me of this video that was going around a while back.. When I saw it, I gave the dad kudos. Anyways, I'll just leave that there. :P

I really do love the sidechat feature. Sure, it's annoying when there are people who are screaming in their mics.. But yes, mute the server... I do feel more of a 'community' is active with sidechat on. I played on a private hive with it and I loved it. I felt like a resurgence of the game come back to me.. I can understand the "immersion" factor, but I would rather have a bit of connection with the other players on the server instead of simply just being unable to yell across the world.

My gaming mouse (Tron Razer mouse) has two keys that I can put things onto.. I put the freelook on the mouse (along with chat), greatest decision evar.

Hold up! You can actually remove Barbed wire that you didn't place!? I have a tool box and everything, but I didn't realize you could remove that crap! Where do you have to point to remove it!?

I always check to see if there's anything in it... So far, my luck has had nothing turn up somehow.. If I had the resources on me, I would surround it in fires, barricades, or things like wire fencing kits. Cause why not?

Before all the .50 cal snipers got super duped... I found a little bit of a hard time finding my m107... When I found it, I was grabbing any ammo that I could for it. I had about 7 mags for it, I didn't really want to do PVP... But it was more of a "I have it so I can have it" thing... Sadly, the game glitched and I lost all of my stuff, including my alice pack... I had my ghillie suit and stats... just no items. It kinda sucked.. and I still haven't found my m107 again..

honestly, there's only been one time I've encountered any hacked/scripted/etc stuff or people. That one time was when I was out at the nwaf looting the buildings with my friend, we went to the centeral comm tower there.. We were standing up like idiots and rearming (we figured, it was a low pop night server so it didn't matter) NOEP! He gets sniped, and right as that happens, I lay down and crawl my way to the bottom of that tower, I sit it out and figure it's safe (after like 15 minutes)... I make a break to get out past the hangers, I am alright and in the clear, I go away from there, a few km's away and then get teleported back to the beach. I don't have any of my items that I had (akm, several mags, m107 with like 7 mags (all legit), food, blood bags, nvgs, alice pack, basically everything I could have possibly wanted)... I didn't die, but the game almost acted as if I did.. When it teleported me back to the beach, it showed the "you are dead" screen... After all that, I spawned back into the server, all my stats and clothing was still there (kills, bandit kills, ghillie suit, humanity, hunger, etc etc).... But, when I spawned, I had NOTHING on me. I didn't even have a coyote pack... Oh well, I'm back to a reasonable amount of items... I still miss that sniper though :/

That was pretty good. And if the audio was done correctly (a little panicked, panting, etc), that would be pretty cool.. Keep up the good work and have some beans!

Dang... I found one while I was at the NWAF... but didn't want to lose my pack so I tried to just go shoot it off at some zeds for the lulz... It didn't shoot. and I almost lost my pack (because of players coming around and having to grab my gear quick)

I am a hero as well.. However, I run around in a 'wookie' suit and am unable to show off my humanity pride...

Ok, I've had this happen to me... If you head east (going right from where you spawn), then just follow that for a couple km's, you'll find yourself north west of kamenka.. I spawned there and just headed east, ate once along the way, and found myself on actual land.

Right before the update, I was being chased by a zombie, and I was bleeding... The update happened, and now that I'm trying to bandage myself, I can't. I checked the change log, and tried to use the bandages like you're supposed to (G to get to the gear, then right clicking on the bandages), that doesn't work... Am I doing something wrong, or is this a glitch? Edit: looked around and it appears I'm going to just have to redownload the files and input them again.. So, I'm going to try that and report back.
