Can we change our restart time from 4 hours to 2 hours?

Our provider changed the server restarts to every 3h. Thats a good time and when the server gets too full and no loot is there i just restart it manually. I like that server owner dont have too much options to alter anything on the server or game. -
People just dont know how to report a server. The DEVs should work on a ingame reporting. Then the provider can take action. Not every provider wants the best but money and wont take a server down unless someone or more people report it.

Can we have those shards/walled garden anytime soon? When i could have a own shard for my server ghosting and item farming would be fixed for now on this server. -

The game render mechanics for the playermodel is quite impressive tbh. Still without grass after the render distance the playermodel is beeing so small that i dont see the problem described by OP. Snipers can spot people after 600 meters almost only trough theyre scope since the playermodel is so little. A full stocked M4 can hit up to 500 meters almost reliable, a normal M4 can not shoot reliable over ~150 meters wich is the render distance for grass. -

There is allrdy a little restriction when going into crouch/prone but i like this to be extended especially in prone position. -
Exactly, it takes more then the whole process of dayz so far when you want what you are saying. Guys, please stop being so ignorant thinking we can get ANYTHING from this conversation. Lets discuss thinks that actually can be put ingame and where we know the devs will do it for sure. Imean we can talk about flying to the moon with a rocket in dayz, tough it will never happen.

There are no airplains in the game, there are no helicopters in the game. Why are we discussing things that obviously not going to be ingame in the alpha, even in beta and in the full release its questionable? Why arent you instead make a thread about ground vehicles since we know we will get those for sure along the roadmap.

I would love to see that a better medical system will affect the whole gameplay not only the firefights. I totally agree there with Zogvarn that we need more differentiation and i think when we start seperating the whole body in smaller parts with more "functions" it could create a awsomely indepth survival system. Like the feet getting sore when you walk long ways without good shoes. That needs to be reflected in different movements not only in taking damage after time, there needs to be different animations when having the right arm disabled and the left, same with legs. I know the medical system we see atm is not even implemented to the point it was in the mod... .....but i think this is way more important then getting vehicles or more guns into the game.

I see you dont have any clue what youre talking about. The M4 got reduced damage over distance. The M4 can effectively be used at 100 meters without any adjustments and standard attachments. With MP attachments bipod and acog you see a effective range of about 400+ meters. When you get instantly shot by almost every bullet from a m4 that is over 250 meters away you most likely encounter hacker that use no-spread no-recoil insta-hit etc. The mosin is effective at about 600 meters, you can still hit over 800 but its not reliable. That is not true atall. A SA M4 is still not as accurate as a M4 in the mod even with all MP attachments and bipod. The weapons deal more damage compared to the mod but are way less accurate on certain distances. This ensures that you got a advantage with your character that survived days over days obtaining the best attachements. I like this more MMO type system where your gear depends if you can hit 150 meters/250/350/450 - normal/oneMP/twoMP/MP+bipod (M4).

Best server i played on all the 4 months i played DayZ. Really nice community and GMs that work hard to get the server clean, i rlly would love to play with this community even in standalone but things will change and iam sad about that. greetz Van -
I just downloaded dayz commander since i was using six launcher and it updated to the new Dayz version no server uses. Its amazing that dayz commander has a option build in to reinstall previous arma2 and dayz version. Just wanted to tell if anyone having trouble getting the old patch back on harddrive ;) greetz double.v

All the whining about griefing, hackers are the problem not the wire fences. When i would be in a zombie apocalypse and have a toolbox to remove wire fences, i would do the same and safe all the good gear up with fences so only i could reach them. It creates goals to search a toolbox for example, but what i think is there should always more then ONE way to achieve this, for now you need a toolbox to destroy it maybe we could use other thinks to temporary disable the fence or weakening it for a certain time. Keep fences or replace them with the sandbag feature, anyways it has to be fixed somehow.
