You can get everything by buying Arma x (anniversary edition)" sorry@richie for asking again / let this confirm. but i really do not want to spend money in the wrong version / game p.s. in addition to this i have read about "arma2free + OP Arrowhead" + "dayz" will run fine too, chan anyone confirm this?

hi com, first i would like to say that i am from germany and hopefuly my english is good enough for beeing understand and getting some hints from the community. two days ago i noticed that "day z" exists and i instantly loved it. i just want to make sure that nothing will go wrong and to have a chance for most possible fun. i already have use the search function integrated in that forum and got some really helpful hints but there are still some questions left where you could help me. #1: Which version of Arma II do i exactly need? On Wikipedia it is written "ARMA 2: Combined Operations" on "dayzmod.com" i read something about "Arma 2 + Operation Arrowhead" ... so i am a bit confused. #2: What is about the equipment (called "gear" i guess) when i leave the server. I dont mean the equipment i have equiped, i mean the stuff which (for example) i hide in a forrest to get it later on. When i disconnect from a server will it disappear? #3: What are tents for? I have heard from a "let's play day z" on YouTube that you can not interact with tents from other player. It that correct? Are tents immune against beeing raided? Is this a kind of a "saftey point" for you stuff? #4: In case (#2:) that my equipment, which i hide in a forrest, is saved after i have logged out, what happens if the server i rebooted during a failure or maintenance?
