BR4INZ Chopper Bob

Actually I respawned it this morning before I went to work. Sorry about the short stop off the server Lucid ;)

Since I am running a private hive I can mod the server a bit too. How do you guys feel about custom (basic) outfits for clans. It should be possible (altho I need to research it) to give players a custom starting outfit based on the clantag on their name. Atleast I heared P4N75 say that could be done.

We experienced the same. I hope that after the server restart of this morning it will be gone. Also going alt-tab to windows was giving troubles with the game crashing When somebody quits playing and logs out the messages comes. I am thinking it might be because we have a max ping of 150. I will set it on 200 and see if that helps. Thats a bummer. Somebody from BR4INZ had the same thing. Either you log back on and the car is gone or you are under it and die. There is really nothing I can do about that other then reset the server for a second time at the beginning of the evening, hoping that will fix the unstability. Yesterday was our most busy night ever on the server so these problems are new and I would like to see first if tonight will be better before I plan a scheduled restart at peek hours. Unfortunally I am not reimbursing lost items due to buggy deaths at this time and hope it will be a single event instead of a reincurring one and hope you can live with it. I had the same yesterday. My game crashed while goin to windows, I logged back in on an empty map, no grass/trees nothing, relogged and was put back on the beach as a fresh spawn without even any gear. My char was totally empty, not even a backpack. I just had to suck it up and start over aswell. But please keep reporting these things so I know it is getting either worse or better and can take action on it to improve your game experience in NL 101

Hmm... no. Atleast I was not informed we had one... But our UAZ is deff gone hehe. First team to find our basecamp. Good thing we were gone with the chopper haha

i ment the UAZ ;) That UAZ has changed owners for 4 times now haha

Doh! Give our truck back :P :P :P Eerm... there are around 30 vehicles in the game and we own 3. Second that... 2 since Tapp just stole our truck

For those who are still waiting to get whitelisted after getting their access details today, please bare with me. I am still at work putting in some extra time and will be home around 8pm (GMT+1). Cant access the database from work as it is blocked (damn you IT guys!)

Something I forgot to share with you guys. A week ago it was my birthday.... and my girlfriend got me this birthday cake ;) (and yes... i have the greatest girlfriend ever :P )

We have noticed similar things with other vehicles Reynolds. Just by stepping out and in it sometimes repairs itself. I will ask the serverhosting company about that. Added 1 more motorcycle and a landrover!

Is that so? hahaha Thanks for fixing it for us :P Funny actually... he fell asleep behind the chopper gun while I was tanking. Then when I took off and you started shooting at us he logged out to go and sleep hehe. And btw... shooting at us does not grant you a lift :P

I got a free 10-man mumble (voice) server along with the DayZ server so I have set it up in case you guys need to get in contact with me. Will ofcourse only be in mumble when I am online. mumble info: IP: 92.48.90.164 Port: 64828 pw: whereisbob Also free to use as interclan communication. But only 10 spots so full is full ;)

Oh btw... tonight whitelisting will be turned on! So extra security in case our password will be compromised. Everybody who has been invited and gave their nickname will be put on the list. If you changed your name in the past 2 days (excluding clantags as I will figure that out hehe) or just got invited and did not give me their name.... please let me know so I can grant you access Players who are not whitelisted will, from now on, be stuck at "Loading" when they try to connect.

Well we had a scout on the hill who spotted you driving the car and bike before you even saw us hehe. So we knew you guys were coming as we all got in the chopper while we were not even done tanking yet. Staying in hover mode and firing on Robbie on the bike instead of splitting was our mistake haha.

Hehe thanks for the screenie and have fun with our stuff :P I knew we should have fled instead of hover there and shoot at you guys. Altho the pilot said the shot was already made at take off...

Well that was a short period of fun with the second chopper... I see it has already crashed hahaha

I took a look but cant really find any settings about that... Will ask around

CH was actually off when i started the server. But it got a lot of complains from the other BR4INZ members hehe. It's turned on on their request. Also the scrollmenu nametags are something we find handy because it sort of shows names when you are close enough to access somebodies backpack. That way we know who is who when we are in a group. Since almost all of use use the same zombie player skin ;)

Yeah the confusion was because Hijsalot does not wear the STR tag. I was trying to get in contact with the group of Robert, Cees & Kees and was under the assumption he belonged to that group. But after looking back in the names you gave me in a pm I found out he's STR ;)

I know we stole a car 2 days ago... full of weapons. Was probably yours haha. But yesterday I was flying around with the BR4INZ chopper ;) But there is a second one now... I have already spotted it ;) Ah.. forgot to add that one to the list. There has been a Ural in the game for some time. As we stole it from STR, they stole it back, we stole it again... hehe

Since we have some new players joining NL101 I have added some extra vehicles. But I had to restart the server for that while most of you were online. My apology for the inconvenience! Happy Gaming! Since BR4INZ are the only ones atm who are having chopper fun I have spawned a second chopper somewhere in the map ;) Happy Gaming/Flying Haha! Thats evening was hilarious and thrilling :P
