You guys are bashing him, but if server admins could install this on there servers and annoynmously collect and share data... I would happily put in on my server. AND IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE punkbuster uses this sytem already and while IDK about the automated detection on the images I DO KNOW that it would not be a difficult task for a admin to scroll through his/her server screen shots once a week or so [ save the photos server side]. and WHILE this isn't the most effective system ever it STILL CATCHES PEOPLE. anything I can use to help me as an admin get the cheaters under control makes me a little more comfortable

Hello, I need with a question. How do I ban people from my server? I know that your not supposed to kick people and what not to make room for your freinds or anything like that but, I am having a HUGE hacker problem in my server. Everynight that I get on, WHAM a hacker. Tonight being the worst of all! I can kick no problem, but the ban button seems to be disfunctonal, fine I know there must be another way, though battle eye or somthing. Tell me how to do it please! [ if you want the story, tonight I was playing on my server US1457 and all night I was dealing with a hacker. It got so bad infact that whenever he would kill me, and I would start a new character, he would teleport and kill me again! Finaly I decided I was going to open up fraps and start saving some of this crap because I would want some sort of evidence. WELL heres the best bit, RIGHT at the very end HE SPAWNS A GOD DAMNED NAVY SHIP! RIGHT IN KAMENKA! Uploading video now as I'm typing this out anyway when I busted out fraps, and started it, he some how forces the server offline and it restarted within a minute of that. but heres a video OF THE NAVY SHIP IN THE SERVER [ just went over the published video, saw that my admin server password was listed, so I went and threw a big old censor box over the text area, sorry guys I'm not a video editor or I would have just hidden that specific part] anyway I CANNOT be an effective server admin if I cannot ban hackers from my own SERVER! the other night I had the entire server telling me there was a hacker, hoping on my teamspeak and my website to inform me! when I logged in I couldn't ban, I could only kick, I kicked upwards of 50 times he just kept rejoining. please teach my how to ban, I'm on the verge of quiting this game and shutting down my server because there's literaly nothing I can do to discourage hacking. I cant password my own server or blackliste, cant lock either. Cant ban hackers, and DEFINATELY cant rely on battle eye!

No, but this is the suggestions forum and ROCKET asked us to think out side of the box for idea's for the standalone, so I'm hoping he add's them to the stand alone.

I like the idea of rocket making it offical! and according to you guys sounds like its not that much work at all!

which brings up another system idea, what about having to be trained to do things. search a library to have to learn how to repair a truck, a car and yes a train... Thats a bit more work than implementing the train but trainer/ing idea sounds pretty epic. Certainly gives you incentive to stay alive longer as knowledge would reset updon death...

and seeing as there's already a TRAIN, TRACKS and a train station in every single town, put them to use!

seriously? I didn't writ ethis to have you people bash it, I was asking for opnions, as in YAY or NAY. IT WASNT MY IDEA to have characters be able to fix helicopters, cars, trucks, boats and SUV's! A train isn't much different from anything else, mechanical by nature get over yourself. and the concept was to create more function for the watch [ which is all but useless] and to get the blood flowing in cherno, get people out of those starting cities and on to better places. OR to have a team be able to run it as they please.

So, me and my friends were talking, how about getting that train to work? Thought long and hard about it and was undecided if it should work all on its own as if a fully automated train, or if teams could fix it up and use it to get around! As for it being automated, that would be awesome! because it would encourage and enable player spread getting us out of those death trap starting cities, also It might give some more functionality to the WATCH! [How cool would it be if you could catch the train to get to another city, OF YOUR CHOOSING], just get off at the right stop. [ ALSO could be a safe zone? just a concept, which would further enable communication and team play.] If It were fixable by teams and they could use it to get around, it is easy to understand that this would be VERY loud and cause a lot of attention, [ thinking it should be very well fortified It is a train for Christ sake!] None the less its another means of transportation and its creative! Just thinking out side of the box... Tell me what you thought of my Idea, and which you would prefer, an automated train which has a Undelayable schedule [ HOW AWESOME WOULD IT BE IF YOUR FRIENDS RAN TO THE TRAIN AND YOU WERE RUNNING TO GET TO IT YOURSELF, THE RUSH OF THINKING YOU COULD MISS IT AT THE VERY LAST SECOND AND BE SEPARATED FROM YOUR TEAMMATES AT LEAST UNTIL IT COMPLETES ITS FULL CYCLE!] or the idea of having a VERY reliable means of transportation that would enable easy transportation of VERY large shipments at a very high speed, imagine being camped out on the roof hunkered down on this train driving around with your teammates blowing through towns from one to another easily looting large cities and on to the next but knowing that the train is on its tracks and ANY player could simply follow the tracks to find the location of this beast of a vehicles for him and his friends.

Can Someone tell me how to manually roll back! I have a server I asked my provider to roll back, and they couldn't figure it out, so If someone could give me some direction, with download links and all I would appreciate it
