The blood regeneration idea has been pitched many times, although I do like your rendition of it. Especially with food not healing you instantly. I for one, find it a bit silly.

If using steam, do this: From your game library, right click Arma II (Not OA) and select Properties Go to the "Local Files" tab and select "Verify integrity of game cache" Let it do it's thing, it might need to download any missing files
