Sorry but thats nothing new. Tis a shame they flip so easily but it's an Arma thing not Dayz. I usually stay on my Atv when I flip it and just keep spinning it around on the ground until it rights itself. works 90% of the time if you are patient enough. just remember as soon as you get off the bike, you can't get back on it !! -

Meat for sure. even the process involved in finding what you need to catching and cooking an animal is kinda enjoyable when you have been in and around towns for a while. my backup plan-- if i aint got the equipment and end up with low blood has to be supermarkets. Have found enough tins o beans previously in one store without cycling loot to rescue me from 6k blood back to 12000 -

Basically I was nice to you. Without Evidence your claim is poor. As with most you think your camp could not possibly have been found in a legit manner so you assume they "teleported" Your ping may have been fine upon joining but unless you checked it while getting killed you can not rule out a spike in ping or other alpha like symptoms. Look at the bigger picture here. picture or other forms of proof are required to deal with these issues because so many people wrongly call cheat as soon as they are killed in a way they can't understand. Sure Admin of seattle 1337 could check the logs for you but considering they have probably had multiple cheat accusations already you may find people won't take you seriously without some form of proof other than your words. you said "They killed us and I respawned at balota and swam out into the water. Saw the same thing happen to others around the docks." what did you see happening to others around the docks ? I assumed you saw others swimming out to sea ? One can onl imagine you saw other people getting killed by people with axes ? thats no great revelation on the coast tbh, Just sayin. good luck with your report :/ -
Would love to regain the ability to increase view range. view range never really impacted performance on my machine but boy does it affect immersion when your surrounded by fog on a gorgeous sunny clear day. Some servers even have view range tweaked and you can see much much further. So if people are tweaking the values to suit their own server how about actually giving us back what we had previously(max view distance option) for the sake of cosmetics and immersion. Then leave server side view distance settings up to server admins depending on their own hardware limitations.

The problem is the maps documenting the vehicle spawn locations ! All in All with the removal of helicopters at the moment there isnt a massive amount of vehicles to find considering the typical server hold 50 odd people. We all know where to look for the vehicles just like you did !. If you have a bunch of regulars on your server (clan, guild W/e) it's pretty much a given that they have a majority of the vehicles held in alternate locations. Here's hoping we get more vehicles in more random locations soon™ keep looking and you will fine one :/

Nothing much will happen here. You have not provided any proof to your claims. It reads llike you were jumped while at your camp and yourself and a friend managed to squeeze a couple of shots of in the mele, that is getting your face busted up by axe wielding maniacs. Do you have proof of them teleporting ? them being only equipped with hatchets and finding your camp doesnt sound as unlikley as you try to make it either considering the area you say you were in is accesible to anyone starting out on the north east of the coast. Prob wasn't a good idea to tell us all where your camp is either :) You respawned at balota and swam out into the water ? you saw the same thing happening to others ? There is a bug which affects me from time to time: on respawn on the beach I will sometimes find my character walking either forward or backwards automatically. I have to hammer the forward and back buttons a bit to make it stop. Only happens on US servers for me ~( I am in the uk) So suspect it's a latency issue. if you had a high ping on the server at the time it would explain how you managed to miss with a full clip, and in my experience why you walked into the sea. Seeing a lot of people dieing on a server doesn't equal cheaters. nor does noticing other people dieing right after you died. the exception would be a block of kills ie: xxxxxxxx was killed xxxxxxxx was killed xxxxxxx was killed xxxxx was killed etc etc etc. You provide the name of the group leader and not the people who killed you. while I appriciate it isn't always possible to get the names of your foes. You do need their names to come here to call them out as cheaters. -

Just happened to show under the server I am playing on at the moment. No argument from me so long as your just setting up a new server :) If your after getting peeps on your server you could always announce its arrival in the general server section. not sure if it helps these days. typical auto server restarts are every 6 hours and put some info in your MOTD telling people when to expect it. saves you getting grief for restarts. good luck with ya new server o/ -

Having some issues with latest patch on all servers. Joining is taking ages. The switch from creating character to loading takes around 4 minutes sometimes more. I was killed at the north east airfield i respawned but got stuck at loading screen so killed the process and restarted the game. Joined again to find myself back at the airfield roughly 10 minutes back from the point I died originally. still with my stats and weapons. Played for 20 minutes. left and came back. reloaded the game to find myself back on the beach at electro - fresh spawn. :/ Found a car. took it to my tents and saved it. used the car later to drive to the north of the map when the server closed down and restarted. no biggie wasn't too far from my tents, problem was on rejoining the server I had lost around 40 minutes of gameplay. like the server had been disconnected from the hive. retraced the route I took with the car including the original spot i found it but she was gone. FPS in electro and cherno is borderline unplayable. average 15 fps, the game has always slowed when around the large towns but not to this extent. I would typically average 30 fps. Zeds are performing quite well. I have had the odd one spot me from miles away and give chase while zeds much closer at the same time ignored his charging towards me and seemingly could not see me. But I understand this is likely the new "chance of spotting" Rocket implemented. was not foggy btw!! Loot appears to spawn much better now and I have not noticed as many items persisting forever like the did before. (clean up working well ?) I located a M16A2 for the first time this morning but could not use it correctly. it seems the sights are miles off and the weapon has terrible accuracy. did some testing in a quiet spot. shooting a wall from around 2-300 m and noticed the sights are way out. I have to aim LOWER than my target. at 200m a shot at a zeds feet produces a headshot :/ No idea if this is as intended or just an arma thing, like I said. not used the gun before. tents appear to persist thru a server restart without duplicating themselves. Other stuff people have mentioned with items changing into other items I too have experienced but can't give any further vlues on this one. only happened the once. Game is playable again but the server loading becomes quite frustrating if you can't find a server thats running well and it takes you 5+ minutes to load each server. <3 Dayz.
