    I say get rid of the ArmA gear screen and put joey's one in it might need some improving but i think its MUCH better then the other ones.

    Optional team based friendly fire.

    REMEMBER its an option for that small group of people who wants to team up and don't get killed by accident by there friends, OPTIONAL if this is included just don't play that specific server SIMPLE man you guys just see what he is saying optional he said. So for those people who work together this is good not so many and this is OPTIONAL (I'm going to type optional alot) so get lost to those people that think this isn't realistic 1 this is actually a social experiment 2 ITS A GOD DAMNED GAME no game can be that realistic it should have some friendly-fire off option for that percentage of people.

    Horses for Transport

    As you might of guessed this is about having horses as a transport around DayZ. Essentially horses a found at farms and barns, you need to feed them and look after them if you want to use them. Horses are silent transport and would be like a bike no noise and fast.What they eat would be hay at barns. You would need to stop near a haystack and the horse will become full "like fuel" and then it needs water you will need to feed it with a water bottle or go near a pond, then it wont be thirsty and go fast as it can. Horses have health and one shot usually would kill the horse. The horse could be spooked by shots and would be harder to control and would make noise so zombies could hear you. That is it hope you guys would like it.

    I like the idea of this, also if you add sunglasses to your character you should be able to have an option "Take off glasses" so you take it off and put it in your pocket.

    Trip line with bells.......

    What about a trip wire to set off flares, chem light, smoke grenade, grenade, sound trap and maybe a gun maaaybe. Also if this is implemented I would like to be able to disarm the trip wire and have a chance to set it off or disarming it.

    Take ideas from Wasteland Mod

    No offence Dobrowney but ArmA is a realistic army simulator and DayZ is even more realistic excluding the zombies and is aimed to be realistic, so flipping a car with one person is never going to happen, only if several people flipping and/or a car helps is this going to ever happen.

    Hatchet as a secondary?

    Some of you think hatchets are as big as an axe but they aren't. The hatchets in DayZ are axes not exactly hatchets, I have an hatchet at my place and it is only around 30-50 cm bigger then a M1911 so it should be axes are primary and hatchets are secondary.

I love the idea of taking parts from other cars and bettering yours, but should also add taking scrap metal or anything from another vehicle and making it body armor for yours so when you get shot it will protect it and also adding mods onto a car like a turret on back of a Ute or some spikes on the bonnet.

    Food from the land

    I agree with this suggestion would be cool shooting people to get off your land, but also if you carry fruit and vegetables with you it should go off after a couple of hours or days.

    I think having the knife as a secondary melee weapon would be great, I also like the garrotte suggestion, I don't exactly like killing people but be able to knock them out without a bullet to the knee or torso would be excellent.

    Remove NVG and TWS

    I say get rid of TWS and make NVG a much lower spawn in rate. I only was given NVG once and every other time I played on a night time server my light does well.

    (from a kinda reliable source) Im pretty sure they are currently going to put some body armor clothes and vests ect in the standalone to see if people will like it.

    Well. defibs might actually be in the standalone as a test (from a kinda-reliable source) it will only work after like 3 seconds when the player is down, and it might need a generator to be used.

    Special Skills

    I think having levelling up in certain areas are good but not from skill books. I think that you should pick what you were before the apocolypse to give you a small but permanent perk. Like you were a cop before the apocalypse so you have a small bonus for secondary weapon damage or steadiness, was a doctor before the apocalypse, so a small bonus for medical related issues, was a thief before apocalypse, quieter when crouched and proned.
  16. I would like to see more commercial helicopters, all there is are military. Not every pilot flies in the army.
  17. I love this suggestion. I would love to see this in Day Z So when you get to know someone it should put a note or something in a notebook saying "This person acts a nervous around others". Also you should be able to tell how people are yourself like after an event you find another survivor, one of your friends wants to help, the other wants just to continue and the last one wants to kill him/her. You should be able to add your own notes to people in the notebook so it would add extra realism.

I think you can get a broken arm and need a sling, broken rib and need something(I don't know), and broken leg splint, also maybe badly twisting or spraining an ankle which you would need to limp around, and also swollen foot, I had experience and they hurt like hell, you cant walk unless you get crutches and it would heal either crawling or crutches for a few hours like 10-20 even though swollen feet take couple of days. Headaches and need ice-packs and medicine. Also gashes to to skin so you lose lots of blood you would need bandage disinfectant and blood transfusion. And rarely a disease that kills like the zombie disease but doesn't turn you just quickly kills you, would need antibiotics to keep it at bay and a serum to cure it at military bases and at hospital.
  19. I would be pretty cool that there was a secret military base not on any normal map. Like on any normal map (like up north or some other place) where the secret base would be it is only trees. The only way to find out where it is to find a "special" map in military bases. The secret base should be zombie free or infested with zombies like 10 heli crashes. There should be like high military weapons and some railguns and one epic deadly gun.
  20. The one server map would kind of suck because different time zones if there were several servers for different parts of the world that might work.

    Cannibalism

    I'm not sure this has been posted.What about that if you were starving you would lose around 400 humanity and if you eat human when not starving you will lose 800 humanity. And you get the shakes when you eat human for around 1-2 hours unless you take antibiotics. So when you eat to much human meat you become a cannibal. I'm not sure about the texture of the cannibal, but he would always have the shakes unless he/she takes antibiotics that lasts 1-2 hours so that the player should use melee weapons which adds slightly more melee damage. The player always in crouch. Only eats human unless they want to get sick The player should move faster than an ordinary survivors. The only "cures" for cannibalism is to take loads of antibiotics or eat lots of ordinary food.
  22. Can you make the Lee Enfield and maybe some other guns not a dinner bell for zombies.
  23. I like the idea of having a big monster lurking around and going more up north there should be more, but like Shadow man said it doesn't fit in. There should be some kind of other type of zombie or creature to kill. To make people team up put in slender (just a suggestion) slender man is a messed up creature who picks off loners at night and sometime daytime. So if there was a slender people HAVE to team up or they might get killed and if slender appears they can try to shoot it but without help they would miss, slender teleports and if you had a group you would be able to easily kill it and it will drop stuff from the previous victims slender killed
  24. I looked up the mod for DayZ (DayZ 2017) and I quiet liked the idea of that mod, but I would keep some of the military weapons and helicopters. So I think there should be more melee weapons and also you can use scrap metal to add body armour to your car.
  25. I do agree with the walkie talkies but I do disagree with some of this idea. 1.) Any player can find any frequency with a walkie talkie (like a guy starts going through frequency then finds one being used and can easily eaves drop or ask for help. 2.) Radios and walkie talkies make noise so other players can hear them, but a radio makes more noise so if one person is part of a group with one radio the others around him should be able to hear it and also speak in the radio as well as the guy holding it. The walkie talkies should emit a small amount of sound so if a person right next to the guy holding the walkie talkie should be able to hear it but cannot speak in it. Also gun shots can be heared from teh radio if the reciever gets shot at or firing at someone. 3.) If a guy kills another and takes there walkie talkie he can talk into it and talk to his friend or something like that so there is no ownership of walkie talkies or radios
