NOTE: SERVER FPS is irrelevant to a person's in-game performance. DayZ uses a LOT of scripts which lowers the Server's FPS. This does not impair any player's performance. Edit; TeamSpeak servers are now available, starting at $2.50 for 10 slots! -

Vraal, you have you initiate the update yourself. But, the files are available on the Cpanel. -
You're in the debug wilderness. If you have a map, join a server that has way points enabled and mark someplace on the map. That will show you which way to run.

Have you tried reinstalling ArmA? -
It's possible you computer is overheating. I suggest using Open Hardware Monitor or RealTemp to record temperature data when the lag starts and before that.
