  1. It appears that BI don't wish to give it's cut to steam with reduced prices, so the sale is only on the site. They just give you a Steam CD Key if you buy the steam version through their site. (So you'd activate on Steam like normal.) Unrelated, Boneboys... How is ToH? I've been looking at it for a while.

  7. Depends on the clock speed.
  8. I try to answer all tickets. However, sometimes I need to send it to other people.. People who tend to be busy setting up servers or trying to improve our service.
  9. Offsetting the server time requires us to change the system time for the entire box which will mess with several people's servers. When your billing cycle completes and you renew for the next month. Also, please use the support ticket system if you're a client. It makes my job easier.
  10. When there isn't an operator available, that is what happens. I apologize.
  11. We do have a customer support ticket system as well as a live chat, you know.
  12. WAY TO GO. We found and remedied the issue with our emailing system. Payment confirmation emails will be sent in the future.

  15. Keep in mind guys, other server providers are known to take a week to set up a server.
  16. So long as you follow the server hosting rules and you keep up with your payments, your server won't be shut down.

    Time of day inconsistent between players

    It's a de-synchronization issue with servers. If the server restarts, everyone will have the same time again.
  18. Because we're currently backed up on orders. It should be set up within the next 24 hours.
