i actually had thought that we would get the chernarus world from the ACR(army of the czech republic) add on, as that would have given us more ground to (dis)cover, but i think utes is nice as an extra piece of real estate. (still hoping though....) love what has been done to the loot spawn and wrecks

try to disable post processing and hdr on normal, AA disabled and ani disabled then look at performance, then slightly move up the settings untill you find a look and performance that you like all is done in the video option (advanced)

food ! rocket or other devs, please look at the food stuff, when i walk in a forest i see food every where, not just animals nor cans of food, i see pine trees birch trees ferns mushrooms and a lot more you can eat and can't eat in real life, but there is a hell of a lot that you can eat and i think you should add bush food in the mix for the real survival experience rather than canned beans or pasta, damn you can even eat clovers and grass if need be. besides the food stuff (read some survival guides and or survival food books) we need a water filter of sorts DIY or factory made. who knows what is in those stale ponds. on a weapon related note, make magazines rare but ammo, the bullets less rare, never throw away empty magazines when there is no need, or give us a dump bag, useful for wasted mags and or foraging make it harder and yet less stupid, i probably would never go for canned food in real life in such a situation, simply because it is more a problem due to waste, and on that please let us drop wasted cans of food and drinks after we used those or keep them empty in our inventory. (ever heard of clean camping ?)

roaming hordes that travel the country side from city to city on and off road. make them spawn like crash sites and let them move to the most populated area once the horde is killed then spawn another and repeat the process from an other random point on the map (the usual stuff like fixes but that is obvious) on internal DAYZ gear check on spawn so to stop hackers with fancy non dayz weapons name the original chopper and have the game check if there is a hacked chopper etc. (like make a zone above the country/map that only allows one flying chopper by name and detonates the other hacked flying vehicles, maybe place anti air defense ?)

some rocket exploded on chernarus and people got infected, then those lucky to have been swimming with their clothes on, while it happened turned out to be immune, not totally because the ability to behave civilized was somehow destroyed among many survivors and now it is a rat race between guns and bigger guns cars and buses, and maybe if you get lucky your big gun will take down that heli flying overhead. meanwhile the infected who are not dead yet find sudden lead poisoning to be lethal and some people are unable to get that rag of their head for what ever reason.

grudge ? i killed one guy who lied to a friend who was talking to him and saying he was on the server for the first time, i over heard the conversation and had a firefight just the night before with the same guy, so i shot him (again) because he was lying to my friends (teamspeak helps besides the direct coms) the guy later apologized and now is running with us

if you know it is not in game originally then don't have it. when you are unaware of its legality in game then search, and do the right thing when the answer is found. if you find a gun on the street and you take it home, is that a good thing to do ? and don't tell me about it is just a game, because if it was just a game, hell then i guess god mode is just fine ? spawners get a ban, see server logs first ! users who pick it up and use it while knowing (you can reasonably know and search) get kicked ?

i run with a few guys that pvp and they love to pvp but i don't, so what i do is i go my own way yet share resources and often place tents at locations where i stash loot, (for all to use not just my group) when one of the guys is in trouble, blood loss or injured i go and try to find the guy and help him out, and when they are under fire like when there is a team vs team situation i will join in if i am in the area. we also go on looting trips together and when we get in trouble i sure as hell will help and fire at other players, but only when fired upon as a group, when they see some one and think easy target, i do not join in with the fight, they know i don't like the thrill kill grief and noob bashing, and accept that, and we are like one team but they do pvp and i don't, and there is no problem in that, i am like a scout, nurse and back up, they are a fire team. there are some guys who join me from time to time in scouting and random walks, and when it is only two of us the other will not go in pvp mode but keeps silent like me, which is nice age seems to be a factor in whether guys pvp or not, the older guys get the less likely they are purely pvp not saying the older guys don't pvp but they have more discipline i guess not to kill on sight.

short sighted , i wear a ghillie so not to be seen by trigger happy survivors who think like you, the many i have seen and not shot at are 100 % more than those i killed. (zero murders, may be name tags should be on and we friendly ghillies should all shoot you for being racist ? can we report this because in essence you are racist in your words and if so actions. ?)
