now i already know nobody is even gonna believe me on this but sigh, may aswell try.... anyways was in nz 07 just going back to my base to put my loot in my tents and i felt like listenign to music on youtube, now i use chrome and i put it in the little quick bar down there so i could open it faster but i also have cheat engine to use on single player games for various things, and they are right next to each other and instead of opening chrome, i accidently clicked on cheat engine so i closed it right away and opened chrome to get my music playing, once i got it playing i opened the game again only to see i was admin banned... im strictly against hacking in dayz...it ruins the point and fun of dayz :l already know nobody is most likely gonna believe me anyways but no harm in trying i guess....i dont think really think it was a wrong ban or right ban it was more of just a little mistake i made opening it (i do it often to >_> should really move the damn thing) but like i said, i doubt anybody would believe me but no harm in trying edit: one thing i forget to mention is that my in-game name is not soulessfaith, its ditzy doo...

thats interesting yet i know what a troll is, so before you go around calling me anything, think, dont reply and go away :) could of been that since there was one other people on the server when i was playing, also thank you for actually knowing what cheat engine does, it has made me curious as to why i was banned actually since ce is a sided program, i didnt even think about that until you mentioned it ._. he didnt get me riled up :) you cant really tell what the emotion is of somebody over a post on the internet :)

well it was not a global ban, just an admin ban from the server secondly i never actually did anything like i said in my original post, i closed it right away and just went back to getting my music playign only to come back to being banned from the server

i dont hack in dayz >_> i never will hack in dayz and if you want to know why i have cheat engine its for single player games to give myself money and exp, not for hacking games.

i dont hack dude, never have and never will in dayz i dont see the point of it since it ruins the fun :l

i was playing dayz earlier and because the server i play is a nz server (i only play on it because my friend is from nz so its pretty much become our "home" server i guess) and it was night time and i LOVE playing at night because there are very rarely ever hackers on and but yeah it was night there was only like 2-3 other players on but one of them was a hacker and i know this because he was following me...as a bush...every time i turned around he was there and stopped moving...it reminded me of slender xD when you look at him he stops following you well i didnt give him much attention really other then the few look behind/ stop and turn around to look at him every now and then, he followed me from komarovo all the way to elektro...it scared the hell out of me cause in the back of my mind a voice kept saying "he's just waiting to kill you." so yeah when i got to elektro i just stopped turned around and looked at him...and changed to direct communication and just said this over mic "I KNOW YOU'RE A HACKER BUSH, STOP PRETENDING." and then i d/ced cause i was scared he might kill me then xD

haha i actually have yet to be killed by a hacker, my first hacker experiance was funny thou XD me and a friend were looting in novy sobor and we actually had a rather terrible hacker follow us, we knew it too cause he kept trying to kill us with a sniper and my god he had horrible aim, zeds did more damage then he did but we ran into this barn and waited for him to come in, and the second he did another hacker came in aswell and killed him, but not me and my friend for some reason we were just like o.o the hell just went down

i do have to agree with what team said even if it was a little...childish...a merc would kill a medic or an unarmed person if they are payed to or if they got in the way of thier job, mercs often give up honor for money...

sadly your hopes that the stand alone game will be...hack free are jsut going to let you down....the truth about this or any game for that matter is no matter how hard the devs try to keep it from being hacked, somebody will ALWAYS find a way to hack it no game is hack proof, the best thing that would stop hackers is constant updates that change things and mess up the hacks and scripts forcing the users to play legitly until said hacks and scripts are working again....but constant updates are a horribly thing. i would be lying if i said i have never thought about using hacks....i have and im not going to lie about it, but what i can say is that even if i wanted to use them i couldnt (not because i think hacking is wrong, seriously i hack the shit out of cod and various other fps games) i wouldnt use hacks because dayz and arma 2 are differnt from those games and i love that, now dont take me wrong if i found an unsuspecting hacker and killed him, ide take his stuff but aslong as it was a gun you can already find in the game but sadly most hackers dont do that...to be honest the hackers that spawn in thier gear and do nothing else but that, i find them to be...more acceptable simply because they arnt teleporting infront or behind you and just killing you, they are just gearing up to do who knows what, maybe go camp cherno or something but at any rate, hackers will always be around no matter what, you just have to get used to it sadly enough

i do have to agree with what somebody have said about it being rather...low but hey its dayz and you do what you must to survive so well done sir...thou the one you killed was rather careless with the gear he had...he made the stupid mistake of turning his back on you even if you called friendly but who i am to say it was low thou eh? i looted a unconsious person...he was so angry at me...heh

oh wow, nice job jacking that truck man :P i remember when i jacked a tractor from some guy and chased him with it XD i chased him from balota to cherno before it blew up on me (because of all the damn zed in the way and my rather poor driving at the time...) was fun thou :3 the guy was like "DUDE FRIENDLY!
