Buyer Beware I should have done more research before going with these guys last month...I've read the horror stories on here after I already signed up and gave them my money. Setup took almost a week and they couldn't explain why my server wasn't working (they blaimed dayz) Constant reboots had to happen or quality of server (lag and frame rates) took a big hit Bill is due on the 1st but they pull money out early Final straw was them not putting the clan pay balance towards the month of September because the 'clan pay came in after the invoices were generated. It was put in way before the 'Due Date' of the invoice hence that is what a 'Due Date' is for. They refused to refund the money and could not provide proper policy documentation Here is my final ticket with them and showing there ongoing reputation of bad customer service:
