With -=Vg=- you have the option to join the clan of just be friends of the clan and play with us in DayZ, -=Vg=- does not enforce strict rules upon its members, we do not tell members in our DayZ group they have to play medic, sniper, etc etc, YOU PLAY HOW YOU LIKE TO! Ok this may just be me speaking but, I believe that servers that are private hived for the amount of money we pay for them (twice the cost of a public server) We as the admins or community paying for that should have the option to enable or disable that feature. Not to mention if that was the case more people would go to private servers and they would make more income off of the servers. I see more not friendly game play due to survival. I.E players are having a hard time finding food so no more hey I'm friendly its more I'm taking your gear and killing you. I think forced Persistence is a bad option for private servers. At this point the only upper hand with private servers are logs. I watch logs 24/7 and review chat logs also. I'm always looking for that hacker, or the sorry S.O.B destroying the game for us players that are wanting the feel for what the game is about. At lease if your gonna force Persistence on all servers give the option for building a base or being able to lock stuff away that others cant access unless given a access code or something. I would like to hear some of your thoughts on this. Don't get me wrong I see pluses and minuses but if a server is bought on a so called private sell then we should have access to edit our settings. I see a plus to not as much hackers in a way like making the game so its real life situations there for it wont be as fun for them to play it. However on the same note I see more teleporting hacks and more stealing of gear. I like using tents and storing gear but for the ones that really know the map such as we do at -=Vg=- there is no convenient place to set up tents. I also can see a new game play a whole new lure of players I.E setting a tent in places for someone to camp it and await a player then kill them before they can get away with it. -=Vg=- Luggz

Who Recruits: All Victory Gamerz recruiting is performed by a -=Vg-C=- Council or the -=Vg-R=- Recruiter only. All recruiting decisions depend on the final say of the -=Vg-C=- Council, -=Vg-R=- Recruiter -=Vg=- Members . We do not automatically accept people by association How recruiting takes place: 1. The Victory Gamerz is an vote to join clan! Once you have filled out the clan application and have came to the teamspeak server you to speak with a -=Vg-R=- (Recruiter) or a -=Vg-C=- (council) you will be issued your Vg-r tags in the teamspek server. You may now wear the recruit tags. At this time you are on a two to three week trial/probationary period YOU MUST JOIN THE TEAMSPEAK AFTER FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION TO OBTAIN RECRUIT MEMBERSHIP. TEAMSPEAK 3 SERVER INFO. victorygamerz.clanvent.com:6613 2. If you feel there is someone who you think should be in the clan refer them to a council member All players interested in the Clan are encouraged to continue to play on our servers & post in our forums. Please give us a chance to get to know you. 3. The -=Vg-C=- Council will evaluate the potential members application. 4. Once accepted as a recruit by the clan after your application. The new recruit will undergo a trial/probationary period of no more than two, three weeks, to see if they fit with the rest of the members in the clan. All clan recruits must wear their tag & keep one call-sign during this trial period. Vg-r Within the two to three weeks trial/probationary period we will evaluate you to see if you are -=Vg=- Material. Be your self as you normally would. After the two to three week trial/probationary period we will have a decision from all members if your added to the full member -=Vg=- Status depending on your actions and behavior . 5. The recruit may be invited to participate in Clan-only events and practices. They will be encouraged to spend as much time with Clan members as possible. 6. When the trial period has ended, the members will vote on the new recruit depending on the outcome you will be notified Work together as a team and protect your fellow friend (clan mate). Report any abuse by a member to another clan or player on any Server or Forum to a council member, Consistent abuse will result in dismissal the clan Always have fun, it is a game. So please let it be just that, a fun game. There are no member-specific levels within the clan. The members’ actions reflect on the clan as a whole, so if a member does something to cause a bad reputation for the clan then that members future participation in the clan will be re-evaluated. Time wasted by the council on giving second chances will be very unlikely in such cases.
