Date/Time: 2012/06/21 - 01:15 (GMT-3) What happened: I was using both a M9 SD and an AKM. Their main mags had 1 bullet each, as indicated by the new green bar. Someone killed me and I respawned near and went quickly to take my stuff back while some friends was guarding my body. When I got it back, all the magazines were refilled. Where you were: Elektro power plant, on the last floor of the fire station tower. What you were doing: using binoculars on the windows trying to find the origin of the first shoot I heard. *Current installed version: beta 93965, code 1715, server was 1715 but beta 93825. *Server(s) you were on: atlanta 34 I guess. *Your system specs: I3 and some other stuff. I run the game in high res. *Timeline of events before/after error: We came walking from cherno following the power lines.

I also think that ammo boxes should be carried in the backpack slot. They could handle all kind of bullets, but limited at all.

we already had some ideas like these. even before the ammo counter bar was deployed. it's a good idea indeed, but have some side effects that people have to think about. if this works this way, there should be a supposed way to spawn spread bullets instead of a filled mag. You would find 17 stanag bullets inside a fire station, not a fully mag. mags would be much rarer to find. If I only find filled mags, the ammo box is pretty useless. (ok, it takes less space, but the time it would take to refill a magazine, then to reload a weapon would be a pain) If you find those bullets and you don't have a 5.56 ammo box, what should happen? Would you stock the bullets in your inv? How many per stack?

the best part of a zombie train is when you find another survivor sneaking around...

the engine is limited and the game cannot just spawn 6.000 zombies around. If there was no limit, they would spawn about 150+zeds PER town. Since they cannot do it, they spawn in parts.

never found a single. where do you find them the most? north of nwaf? I have seem a lot of open fields around. I already visited every single town in this game, but never found a vehicle or a chopper. -

If you start with no drink, no food, no meds, no light sources, no packs, mak-1clip and 30% condition, you are almost dead, but it's up to you. Will you survive? Or will you hit the respawn button until you get the best random kit? These random conditions would mostly finish the 'nothing to lose' attitude and are easy to justify. Each survivor came from a different place, under different conditions.

Hey there... Just decided to start this thread because there are some people here that just don't understand what we mean when we talk about realism. They are always throwing the same arguments. We're not comparing it to the real life, where you die once, you don't cook a meat in 3 secs, you don't fix bones with just morphine and a lot of others statements. We're setting it up to the game concept of realism, not the life concept of realism. Using a simple example. Talking about the Star wars universe. If someone throws another one right in the air, hell, that's real in the SW concept, but if someone turns himself into hulk, that's bullshit. Both are bullshit in real life, but they are realistic in their own universes. If someone finds a genius lamp to have 3 wishes, that's a fuckin big bullshit. If someone builds a giant moon to kick everyones asses, that's possible in that universe. But that same person, can't just turn another one into a sheep or a frog. So, the game is supposed to be real, but with some limitations to fit a gameplay. Could be MUCH harder, but if it becomes as hard as real life in all it's aspects, people would just shut down the pc because life is already hard enough. Got it?

my point is to people stop using all the same words when we use the term "realism". I think the game could be harder and still enjoyable.

@evotech there is no 'group' concept in this game. you survive and cooperate with another survivor. you are not a party.
