    Private hives are definitely the way forward for the dayz mod. HOWEVER some servers you join there are stupid amounts of admin abuse.

    speaking from experience which me and my pals have experienced from are ; Banned for finding the admins camp

    Admin rolled back server because 1 car was taken

    The list can go on, but i am not here to moan about admin abuse i am here to promote our new dayz private hive server where we gaurentee no admin abuse!

    We keep on top of the hackers also!

    Howdy all, I'm looking for a hacker free server to play on , just so feed up with them, teleporting around, blowing up buildings, having weapons I've never seen, PVP I can handle but I'm just so over these guys

    aslong as you can prevent hacks and such sounds like fun but admin abuse is a growing problem the last private hive i had 2 heli's and the admin tele'd to me and killed me and my freind plus my heli's :( i miss them they had full gas too i had just refuellen them

    there will be none of that on this server i assure you!

    as for hacking we are doing the best we can to keep them away! :D

    Basically the title says it all,

    im fed of joining servers where there is a lot of admin abuse! being banned for finding the admins camp, or even finding an admin vehicle which causes the admin to roll the server time back so he has his "precious" vehicle.

    Basically im sick to the teeth of dealing with these people/admins so here i am promoting our new private hive.

    SERVER NAME - GB-UK Private hive ( if you cannot find the name in six launcer or dayz commander then please use the in game filtering tool) always seems to work!

    if you live in the uk, with basic broadband, your average ping will be between 30/40 ping! thanks to the guys at 121-hosting for providing an excellent server.

    We have dedicated admins, who are constantly checking the database for hackers and hacked weapons. Our main aim is to provide a friendly, exciting server!

    I haven't had alot of experience with this myself but can appreciate that it happens.

    Would your server be fairly vanilla i.e. like the original map without a load of extra vehicles etc?

    I get the feeling that people sometimes miss the point of this game and end up with loads more

    vehicles that it ends up being more like a TDM etc... or am i wrong?

    I may well be giving your server a try though :)

    I'm a friendly survivor who just wants to have a bit of fun in the meantime!

    hey thanks for the reply. everything original with a few bits added, such as a few more vehicle spawns which include the black suv. we have not gone over the top, because like you said, it will become a TDM!!

    its a very closely managed/monitored server so we keep the hackers away.

    So, the two things that really anger me on this game are; 1 - Hackers and 2 - Admin abuse.

    Now im sure we have all experienced some kind of admin abuse, recently i was playing on a private hive, and i stumbled across the admins camp, with daft amount of vehicles, tents, weapons, etc.

    So as any other player would, i stole a car and a few weapons and hastily drove away feeling proud of myself.

    Then a few hours later the admin came online, noticed a vehicle was missing so he rolled back his server 4 hours so he could have his precious GAZ back (ridiculous i know).

    Now that is just one of many things me and my buddies have experienced, another one being, getting admin banned for shooting down the admins chopper.

    So quite frankly me and my pals had enough and decided, you know what lets host our own private hive server. so here i am promoting our new private hive server, where we can guarantee there will be no admin abuse!

    the server also boasts, max vehicles and 4 choppers, which are still to be found. Also within the next week we hope to have ac130 crash sites on the map.

    The server has dedicated admins who are constantly checking the logs and database to make sure players are not hacking or have hacked weapons.

    So please join us!

    Brettz there are multiple spawn points for the Huey. However, there may only be one per server. It also seems that it tends to have a higher spawn rate at Skalisty Island (So it's a swim to there and a bag to lose, unless you have a boat). On another useful note, If the chopper happens to be destroyed (Crash, takedown, etc.) it will take 7 days until a new one spawns at a server restart.

    Don't now why so long but that's what I can give you.

    recently (this past week)

    every time i get into the game, the yellow chain appears, sometimes it goes and sometimes i then get the "no message received message" also my ping sky rockets, i firstly thought it was my internet, however when i close the game down it works fine.

    any ideas what you think it could be, because i am in two minds to get a new wifi card for my pc.

    help would be greatly appreciated
